Awesome video! Thanks. Why does the Saturn gameplay look so much cleaner than PSX? Looks like both are being shown on a modern screen where the Saturn has a shader filter on whereas the PSX looks completely native without any filter.
At the time I didn't have a Saturn copy so a friend sent me composite footage using his. It worked for the video to be honest.

Late to find this. But it's all I ever wanted. The original cleaned up. Not even interested in the remake.
Monkey Ball Deluxe's PS2 port is absolutely awful and shows why the PS2 is nowhere near as good as the GameCube or the original Xbox. Also the PS2 had so much shovelware on it, whereas the GameCube and original Xbox have little to no shovelware. And for the most part, GameCube and original Xbox versions have way better ports that look and run a lot better than they do on PS2. The Xbox port of Deluxe is actually really good. It plays pretty well on the 360 as well.

30fps is never bad, the problem is the game was Initially at 60 and then went to 30. Its a huge downgrade
@@Kelphelp eh I don’t think so but I have heard people complain that super guards are too easy now which is one reason I understand. I think they mighta lowered it because they had so many details on the screen, I don’t know why they actually changed it but they probably had a reason.

@Kelphelp ok so I installed MGSI Launcher then it works normally, but then I try to add the widescreen fix, making the scripts folder, add all those things then add the Ultimate ASI but then the game doesn't want to launch, I've tried so many times to get this to work, but It doesn't want to work for me

I’ve never notice the difference between ps1 and n64 in my crt at 240p and to be true I prefer n64 version over ps1.

The first one should as well, well to a certain degree. But yes! And 1 and 2 can be installed in one EXE and combines it to one
but the fallout high resolution MOD garbage makes a setting file in users's local not at the installed directory, so i cant praise this MOD
Just for a different file location? I honestly prefer it in local installation. But then again I'd you don't like this what do you use? This is like the only mod that takes advantage of 16:9 and beyond
@@Kelphelp these are where they store settings and savedgames users documents users documents my games users Saved Games users appdata local users appdata locallow users appdata roaming users all users users public documents there is no way i can keep track of any of many games, finding each game's settings is so tiring if they use these directories other than their installed directories, i consider the games are garbage when i install or reinstall windows OS, i just copy old users dir(maybe from win 8.1 or XP or Win10) over new users dir and then the newly installed OS gets broken, then i reinstall windows OS with soft-reset this time without overwriting registries. this whole process was too risky, but worked so far i didnt find hidden corruptions
That's ...a really weird method of writing off games I still don't understand how a simple directory change can still be garbage. Whether in My Documents or in the install itself I wouldn't say it's trash either. If anything it shouldn't change much, and worst case scenario you can keep track of file paths by just using Notepad to copy them to find em if you forget. As for messing with the registeries, it is s different story but that essentially is a computer refresh, transferring directories and Local Windows App Data into another version of Windows. Its something I personally do daily and works without issue
@@Kelphelp because i cant keep track of all games, halo 2 uses 4 different users directories to save games and settings, are you sure if you can keep track of all your games? when you change OS or reinstall it?... ok maybe weird but to me, user interface is most important. i also severely write off console games pretending to be pc games, example resident evil 4, many like it, but to me, it takes 15 ~ 20 seconds to aim a zombie when you have only 0.1 seconds to deal with it, console's menu toggling is unacceptable in pc, using a pulldown menu for changing weapons or ammo or items or battle gears is unacceptable, when you have 1 2 3 4 5 .... or F1 F2 F3 ..... in pc... Local Windows App Data.... i did copy about 80%.. but settings and savedgames were spread all over the places, i couldnt keep track of last 20% so.. i decided to copy all at the end, which means possibly wrong files were also copied over to the new users, it is not like tens of games, if few100s all over the users directories, i start to bark.

Reminds me of when I bought Sonic Riders for GameCube which looked good while the PS2 version had framerate drops, choppier graphics.I was playing the PS2 demo of it.
I played the fuck out of the Xbox og Spider-Man, PS2 felt so bad at the end of its life, a major reason I switched to Xbox. In hindsight was a very good decision, Sony truly struggled with the online aspect of gaming for the next decade and 360 was the best early online gaming experience by a mile
Agreed, if online was your thing then this was a great console to go to.
The only reason to play this game on the switch are the minigames (specifically Delibird Delivery)… me and my brother love that game and would only play it on emulator… Now we can play it on the tv… and that’s it… the game is impossible to beat fully so there is zero investment to be made like this… which is a shame because I have 100%ed this game in 2017 … it was a whole lot of fun

2:18 - Nah. GB Tower was a godsend back in the day, ESPECIALLY after unlocking Duduo/Dodrio mode. With the increased speed, being able to play on an actual good, backlit screen, and not getting yelled at by my mom for stealing the AAs out the living room TV’s remote again, this became my preferred method of playing the Gen 1 games for a while until I found emulation.
Like back then it was such a useful tool but haven't integrated well in the modern age. Its still terrible emulation

Nude mods everywhere lol im using the mario enemies link and zelda clothes for leon and ashley, which often i switch ashley for her beta costume, jiggle physics for erhmm realism, real physic gun mods, primal master sword, first aid monster energy drink, ashley pointer scope mod and of course the beserker mod for main and seperate ways, and some mercenaries chaos boss mods, pc is so cool for allowing moding makes the game a breath of fresh air

The best solution would be a PC port for Pokémon Stadium 1 and 2 with new features including 60 fps just like Ocarina Of Time and Majora’s mask. I play Pokémon stadium 1 and 2 on Project64 with my Pokémon from the Gameboy roms but they could still be better. It’s funny how GTA V actually runs better on an SD card than these N64 roms do on Project64 on my internal drive on my Lenovo Legion Go. Nintendo will never bring back these cool features. They’re restrictive like Apple.

I played the modded/hack snes version & it was great. It takes all the new stuff from all versions & puts them on the snes version. This one is my favorite now. And those a new remaster coming out for pc too.

After I got N Switch Master collection v1 with sale price, I am falling in MGS again since 20yrs! After I saw few videos including yours, I really want to try MGS 2 3D camera mode! Do you think is it worth to buy mgs 2 pc version to try 3d camera mode?
Its a very unique experience that it gives you a brand new perspective of 2. Since the game was more designed for overhead than 3rd Person it might be a bit like cheating but it's a fun way to play if you'd like to try something new!
I should mention that about what you were mentioning, the sound fx changes to Metroid Prime 1 on the Wii taken from Metroid Prime 3. Those sound fx changes are not taken from Metroid Prime 3 they were taken directly from the Japanese version of Metroid Prime 1. Just thought I'd correct the information for you. 8:23
Someday if I do get a copy of the original Gamecube version of Metroid Prime 1 & Metroid Fusion for GameBoy Advance I really want to access those extras like playing the original Metroid NES on the Gamecube.
I prefer playing Metroid Prime with the Wii motion controls simply because I can have easier targeting.

Omg stadium 2 was my life for years it was incredible and so difficult I never got to best the castle! I think I’m gona get the expansion pack just for this 😁 I even loved the mini games!

Fallout 1in2 is such a great mod though. It adds so many QoL features and fixes so many bugs that calling it buggy feels a bit ironic to me. Highly recommended
