This can be good advice, and there are times people are abusive. It’s wise to get away from abuse. This is terrible advice for someone who needs to learn to stand up for themselves or leave an abusive relationship.

Pretty sure he's talking about pretty surface-level judgements, like being super critical and complaining and forming opinions over "meaningless" things or over people you don't know all that well. I don't believe he's referring to someone who is actively harming you mentally or physically, that's not a judgement really, that's a fact and you SHOULD get out.

All emotions are the result of self-generated meaning & belief. Emotions are not random 😁 turns out we have the ability to discover the beliefs causing the emotion and press “delete” on the belief, resulting in the emotion disappearing for good.
