yes tell my wife that shit we had a drain issue at the house im a electrical guru and told my wife put the bmw and the lexus truck in the back yard garage(have 4 car garage in backyard but only one door so just look like a building). She said why i said call 3 plumbers have them come and we call 3 more, she left cars out we got 2 quotes one for 650 and other 800 one didnt show up. So next day had called few more, car and truck in building 275 lol did job that day when they left i said see what the fuqq im talking. She was like oh wow, i also said white plumbers came and u white if I had been home would have been more also.

Great video. The inspectors aren't supposed to fuss about stupid stuff. They have a short checklist from HUD and they're only supposed to be concerned with leaks or stoves not working, etc. Someone who fussed about cracked vinyl siding or a dent in the refrigerator was actually not doing their job right.

What do you think about relocating ? In my opinion NYC is only worth it if you can afford it and it makes sense for your job/career. When you need Section 8 you can not afford the city and should look into a new career or into relocating. There are a lot of great cities you can live a nice life on a average salary. I moved from NYC to Wichita Kansas 3 years ago and took a 30% pay cut , but guess what know i can afford a single family home without a problem . I just hate people that are crying about affordability and feel entitled to live somewhere , there are a lot of options but most people just want to stay in their comfort zone and not change their situation.
