Your suture materials have several new products and quality wise it's ok, the time I had a voluntary or duty was 1995 I think, that's why I kept on reminding myself by updating of new Operating Room equipments, and I like sutures like the absorbable types though non absorbable is ok it's tough and can roam around some suturing ( joke )

You leave out the effects of autonomic neuropathy, which can cause partial or complete paralytic ileus. Although this is less common it is something that should be considered in the differential diagnosis

@@armandoperez9384 My butt cheek was so swolen it looked like I had a third butt cheek! I thought it was just a sports injurty from squats (I go to the gym usually) or fell down. But the swelling in hind sight was like pretty severe like a broken bone! It was THICK. I took advil/tylenol for DAYS and iced it with ZERO effect. Day 4 I went to the hospital and everything snowballed from htere. Can you believe they actually sent me home and said come back if it gets worse? By the morning of the next day my scrotum was COMPLETELY swollen. Clearly something wrong. It still took 12 hours to figure out I needed emergency surgery.... pretty wild.

@@armandoperez9384 No pain at the swelling site by the way. In fact very little pain through the entire experience. Even during healing! The ONLY pain the was hard to bear was.... ripping the tape off my dressing. If you're going in for this and expect to heal -- SHAVE YOUR BUTT AND BALLS BEFORE GOING TO HOSPITAL, lol... I suppose it doesnt really matter you'll be in the dressing for weeks and not much time to shave in between. But honest to god, it's literally like 41 year old virgin chest shaving -- on your nuts! Loving life. Love that I survived.
