  Damon: Michael caved under the pressure. So says someone who panicked during this race and lacked racer instinct. He was extremely mediocre and just could not compete with Schumacher at this level. How embarrassing for Hill and Williams, had the best car and still got hammered most races. Always behind and if not for the FIA intervening with trivial penalties against Benetton in 1994 Schumacher wraps up the title by Britain in July.

  4:19 watching right rear wheel moving crazy, after so many years, I think if only damon just wait, Michael will end his race in box at the end of same lap, due to crash the wall. And by the way Michael don't close Damon's door, only can't drive whit broke suspension..😮

  I worked at the final 1995 Adelaide Grand Prix. I worked there for 6 weeks ointrack tro install all the audio visual systems.. We were behind the pits in the paddock. I met both Damon Hill and Clive James there, and said hello a few times as we passed. Was very cool, the biggest event Adelaide had ever held. The Grand Prix had a record attendance of 520,000 during the weekend, with 210,000 on race day. Getting around the inside of the track, on a mini bike, through 210,000 people was, um, interesting!

  This episode is part of the history of F1... Schumacher is the drivers' world champion, Williams is the constructors' world champion... the logic of the season is respected. After the tragic episode at Imola, Damon Hill proved to be a great driver.

  Schumacher as dirty as always. I started watching F1 with Damon Hill and Schumacher fights. I've always thought Damon Hill is a very underated pilot. He was really really good and very honest. A gentleman.

  Martin Brundle je le sens bien dans ses baskets. Damon je le sens plutôt comme Alain Prost ; un peu de manque de confiance en soi, un peu de besoin de reconnaissance, des personnalités très différentes. Le point commun bien sûr des passionnés de la course.

  It didn't end up being a trauma for Damon because he had the opportunity to be champion a couple of years later. But I think it would not have been easy to overcome a blow as vicious as the one Schumacher gave him.

  E bom recapitular que na nem sei o qual fo a volta mas que Michael Schumacher ae bem estava la de porquê ela depois que hiil 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 chegou não viu o alemão passar e depois de chegar para seguir em frente separou com um carro verde 🥗🥗 totalmente desgovernado na frente dele ele não queria nada queria so passar mas que Michael Schumacher não permitiu porque queria vencer e e chegara em primeiro lugar que Hill mas se ele queira eta so fazer o os. Demas estava fazendo o corretor ele não fez não deixou não permitiu ó que nas ocasiões permitisse o que era contra regras da f1.   Schumacher closed the door on Hill, definitely a cheat, he has seen him in his mirrors and steered into Hill. He knew what he was doing. Shumi reaction when he found out that Hill couldn't continue, his move worked to take Hill out worked.

  So cool to hear and see Damon talk about this. I always appreciated the "gentleman champion". Now he may not have had the agression of some other drivers, he sure was a talent in driving. He had a very smooth hand and foot control.
