Joshi and Prof. Dr. Vijay Panikar at one of the prestigious institutes in the country, The Lilavati Hospital & Research Centre, Mumbai.

He is Author of RSSDI Nationol Guideline on Inpatient Hyperglycemia
He is Executive Editor of RSSDI textbook of DIabetes ( 4th Edition)

Yes for diabetics. But not if you have high blood pressure and cholesterol
