output b2 is formerly aux output. voicemeeter changed it. "Voicemeeter output" is now called "Voicemeeter Out B1" - "Voicemeeter AUX output" is now called "Voicemeeter Out B2" - "Voicemeeter VAIO3 output" is now called "Voicemeeter Out B3"

Why doesnt Light Host opens on startup
every time i use VB it makes all my audio f up. YT videos wont play so I can't use the guide to set it up along side the software :'( I've been having sound issues for a while but didn't understand the problem. I think I found it

So the APO has to always be open for it to work?
if the aux output isn't showing found a fix use voicemeter out B2 should work
Both this video and the app are amazing, THANK YOU. Voicemeter almost made me return my new microphone cuz I thought it was broken, the app created a ridiculous amount of background noise and static for some reason, I spent over 6 hours trying to equalize and adjust it with no success. Downloaded this and in a couple minutes all my problems disappeared. Incredible, just perfect. The intro where you throw Voicemeter in the trash was SO on point...

3 years later, I see that the push-to-* command is not helping with this. I had to remove that and use the hotkey as a toggle for both audio sources, and then in the audio meters keep the beep sound silent, thus when pressing the toggle shortcut my mic will mute and the sound effect will play

Yes, it's just that Sona can't have several outputs at the same time. An enormous advantage of Voicemetter is that you can set multiple sources, whether physical or virtual, and if you want to change your output, you just press a button and the sound comes out on another device, that's it Sona not possible because you have to manually adjust where it comes from for each source and that's annoying
2:33 Hello, I know this is much later but I hope I might get some help; perhaps due to updates, I do not see 'VoiceMeeter Output' or the Aux Output, I instead see 'VoiceMeeter Out B1'. When I set this as my default and communications device and test it on Discord, for example, it repeats everything at a gradually higher pitch, infinitely. Anyone have any idea how I fix this?
