  Hi, Actually there is genuine experience 2.7 before that can taie fake experience 2 years that too low package like 250000 , if they ask form 16 and pf we can say dont have these are I didnt taken due to low salary. If they ask bank statement we can say that when they are given through cash 18k change like that.. please suggest because that 2 years very need to put so please suggest how it will work properly.   nice information, i am feeling free to add few points, there is nothing wrong proxy , bcoz few mnc its self they pretend there clients by showing more experience and adding new tools in the existing employee and they deploy at the client location, i am the witness honestly happned to me, i was shocked that time, but its common in very mncs, if that not wrong doing proxy is also not wrong, only thing is candidate should learn atleast of 40% subject sincerely and approach for proxy, then only he can manage in the company, i saw few ppl without learning the subject not even 1 % they are approaching me for proxy, i am simply rejecting them. that the wrong approach, all these are my expericens, if anyone hurts i apologize me guys.
