I gotta say jimmie's playing here is just incredible, pure feel, the right notes in the right place, his timing is really hard to predict just like albert king, not too much not too little, just absolutely perfect

Anyone who knows the sexy chord progression ? Underneath it is kind of a standard Blues but with more bars. I suppose he uses the C6 (no root) for the first 8 bars, and then goes to F9, and what comes next (2 chords with focus on Bb and A) 🙂

Saw RC in Charlottesville two weeks ago (2/17/24). Being 70 now, I was willing to cut him some slack. OMG was I wrong! His voice was as good as ever, his band was phenomenal, and his guitar skills mesmorized me for two hours straight.
