    Why didn't they have him start from a position he works with. In arm wrestling you both start with your elbows at the pads meaning you dont need to use strength to lead your opponent to the starting point. The fuck?

    I have a smaller bucket and much less rice. My hands are small so that is not an issue, but will the excercises be less dificult?

    Usually between 75-90lbs The big thing is keeping the pronation intact, almost immediately what I see is the palm getting turned up while trying to lift by non armwrestlers. Once the palm turns the lift is a FAIL

    My max is 154 so, by starting out 25lbs below my max I’m able to consistently add weight, which will hopefully help my break through the plateau

    My best is 70kg, but I got stuck there so, the plan is to do this daily with increasing by small increments until I pass 70kg

    Michael, if you made the loop smaller wouldn't it make the lift less awkward as you would need your arm angle to be so steep to be able to lift the weight?

    I’m not sure can someone explain what that short rep does I am an old powerlifter thinking about trying arm wrestling out. Have zero experience. I lift I’m strong. I’ve seen a few do this. I was wondering why not hold till muscle failure ? Thanks for info in advance
