  for those who didn't realize the steps 1. peal 3 lemons 2. cut and blend then WITH THE SEEDS 3.sift them into a pot 4. add 3 tbs of honey and mix 5. cook them on a medium fire until the the lemon mixture boils 6.cool the mixture and then put it inside an ice cube tray ( a rubber bottomed one is recommended) 7.mix the jelly cubes inside a blender/food processor 8. enjoy the world's most bitter yet refreshing sorbet ( i use it as a base for other sorbets) eat it as is only with a sweet/salty snack nearby or as a mouth refresher

  i checked this and yes it works although you can make any kind of fruit sorbet with this method you will just need more/less seeds depending on the fruit

  Question: Do you have to heat it on the stove? Is there a reason for heating it?

  It is heated on the stove to dissolve the honey and to create a smooth mixture. If you don’t have a stove available you could try heating it in a microwave safe bowl in the microwave in 30 second intervals till you achieve the same results. Hope this helps!

  The syrups added are quite sweet however you can add in about 2tsp in the blender. Adjust to your liking.💕

  Hey Karen, You can absolutely decrease the amount of coffee if you don’t want it to be strong or completely sub it out for extra milk! It’ll be just as good! Let me know if you want a video on frappes without coffee, i’d be happy to make one 💕
