My wife's 2004 Mercury Sable DOHc (6 cylinder) .. misfire cylinder 2 , Removing the intake manifold was the hardest part.. after taking out the coil it looked perfect almost brand new the issue was the spark plug the gap had increased and there was a little black burn around the electode.. This was a easy job compared to working on my 03 expediition

@@numbskullskills Sweet! Oh just been spending way more time than I should on the transmission case. Started kinda sanding/wire wheeling it last night and that turned into paint stripper. Can't decide whether to leave it aluminum or paint it. Pulled the trans yesterday, haven't even pulled the clutch yet lol. Spent a bunch of time fixing the switch that controls the backup lights.

I have an Etsy shop and I had a shirt with Einsteins face which was an image I got off Canva (which I pay a subscription for) and some AI neon honeycomb sh!t and it just said E=MC2. I got a copyright infringement warning for that. The people who made the complaint were some attorney firm and just by the name of their firm it was clear all they do is go after copyright infringements. The whole thing was bullshit because with the Canva subscription I have rights to any of their images, you can't claim copyright on a math equation, and the rest was an image I had AI create. I could have fought it, then they would have had like 2 weeks to decide if they wanted to sue me. It wasn't worth it so I pulled the shirt. My brother has the only one ever made lol. Anyways, those bastards are out there just scowering the internet for infringements.

I've been to future and know you have a working furnace. The fan can handle the heat but not the motor that drives the fan. You might want to consider a turbo. Maybe you could get one cheap one from a junkyard. If you can find ceramic fiber insulation that's about 1500 degrees or so. Good luck

I wanted to build a furnace some time ago. I was gonna use compressed air and control the ratio with a torch handle. You're on the right track.
that would be cool...the body of this furnace would accept that kind of burner.
hard to see what was going on with the pour. you definately had more foam up there the was needed. i just a the bare minimun stickicking out of the sand. live and learn. congrats.
id say the sprue was to long an to thick of plaster, thanks finally an it rained the next day, what luck, yeah liv an learn. think how stupid i felt when i stuck that foam in hot sand lol

I wonder if you can strap a vibrator to the box if that would help get the air out and prevent blowouts? As Ave would say, steal the ole tooth chipper out of the wife's bedside table lol. I bet there's some moisture and when that molten metal comes in contact it turns to steam, when water turns to steam it expands like 1700x. You should see if your phone has a time lapse feature. That would be cool to see the whole process with the sand and everything. Pretty frieken cool man!!!
