If we could FLY everywhere, we'd be OK. Unfortunately, you have to drive on awful streets and drink awful city water.

Hi. My name is Mattias and I just took the certificate of uas safety test. I was just wondering because I’m from Sweden but I will travel to Texas this summer. I have my DJI2 mini (250grams) drone and I’m still not 100% sure where it’s possible for me to fly my drone. Can I fly my drone in Cadillac ranch and big bend national park with this certificate? You always need a Commercial (USA) license to submit a request to fly in National Parks. Even then it is up to approval of your request. I just stood outside the parks entrance and flew my drone. Just do not start your flight WITHIN a National Park.

Was digging that long shot of the river below the dam. I'd love to see a video starting from that landing down there and following the river downstream. There's a staircase leading down from that parking lot on top.

I forgot what it was called, maybe the Radisson? We used to stay here all the time in the late 70s through the 80s...My mother is from Brownsville....this was the spot...not so much anymore i dont think

First of all I watched all these videos and then drove to Corpus Christi and this is what I saw. The downtown was abandoned and even worse the suburbs appeared abandoned. Even the luxury homes along the bay front had grown out yards and driveways. Additionally when you drive through the city you'll realize that the police are in your rear view mirror. The psychology behind Corpus Christi and areas nearby feel like this to me. When the jobs leave town it's doesn't matter how nice your home looks, you'll eventually lose it financially or by becoming as mentioned by being a statistic of crime. The abandoned feeling of this city basically gives you the feeling that the police eventually said "hell" and just arrested everyone. As a tourist you have to realize that the only good paying job is giving you a ticket. This city is an example of a community arrested into submission. These videos "attempt" to lure people into these dangerous places. I can't tell who's producing them, it's either cops that need traffic quotas or criminals who have robbed the same people over and over and need fresh meat. The positive is that the gas is cheap so you have no reason to be stuck in this part of the country. Use it wisely!

I was stationed there with the Coast Guard 1970-1973 and it was a very poor city with not much to do. I guess those times are coming back.

@7:05 and @9:10 in your video I think those two boats broke the law. I think it is no wake zone under the Pennybacker 360 bridge correct? They were definitely going too fast if that area really is no wake zone.
