Are all those small houses private bungalows? Lovely, the ornamentation is the style there it seems. The huge flat spaces you made with the dozers and the trucks were made for the bungalows and the surrounding towns and were the goal of the bigger project from the start, weren’t they? Good Luck ! This was probably much cheaper than using a ridiculously huge amount of cement to make the foundations.

Good operators there but obviously not "awesome operators" for just merely having shoved dirt on such a easy type of task that needs performed

I can only imagine the damage they may have done to the local water table. Cambodia has a monsoon season, do they really believe their work will survive a major storm? Their main food supply was the fish that inhabited those lakes, which were certainly killed off in droves. The fish are likely to never to come back. What will they do to feed the population, call Dominoes for a few thousand pizzas every day? On top of all that, their “finished products” look like they were bombed, not reclaimed . Most of their “finished job sites look like garbage dumps. And what about all the gas and oil and garbage that certainly seeped into the water table? I’ve been watching these videos for a few years now, none of the projects ever seem to get finished. They don’t seem to have an end game at all for this process. They have all these videos claiming a job was 100% finished. I have not seen anything that even suggests being finished.

This reminds me of the WPA* back during the Depression. The first crew spends all the time they needed to dig a big hole. Then the second work crew comes and fills it in. It worked because in the long run it would help the People out of the Great Depression. A stagnant economy is a dying economy. *Works progress Administration.

Hats off to these dozer drivers having to make ground hard enough for loaded 8 wheelers to run on when the majority of what they have to level is cake mix.
