  It is criminal that this truth bomb only has four views. Recognizing your privilege is not about beating yourself up over it, it is about sharing the benefits with the less privileged. If you have more than you need, it's your moral obligation to share what you can, and you can't absolve yourself of responsibility by saying "Oh, the rich and powerful should act first!". Democracy means everyone acts for what they think should be done, by themselves, with all they can. Most privileged people also just don't understand what the less privileged are complaining about, because everything is fine ★from a privileged perspective.★ To improve society, we must be more empathetic with each other and try to put ourselves into other's shoes. Please keep spreading things like this, Sir!

  I would not rather not work for a company that states D.E.I. among their goals. It is literally just an excuse to practice racism, sexism and other inappropiate discrimination on the workplace, which is detrimental and demeaning for all parties involved. We better hope the world is moving on!

  DEI is discriminatory. If you want to do away with discrimination in society, then we need to stop asking people to give irrelevant details related to their identity on job applications. Hire people based on qualifications and aptitudes related to their ability to perform the job.
