  Maybe its just the camera or grass type but that mower doesn't appear to mow very well at all. I can see areas that are mowed by a lawn mower of some kind.

  It does a decent job over all! This location the common areas are maintained by a lawnmower. Your correct it tends to miss here and there and I will pass back by. Comparing it to a Bush Hogg brand, or a Rino not sure which one is best they are all $

  8th gear high, This tractor has 4 gears, with ABC range for each with a high low on the fly lever, giving you 24 forward options

  Good job. I'll be doing my 1st serious brush hogging this coming summer with a small ford 600 and a 5' cuter, it will take some time but I am looking forward to it. it will be about 140 acres I think. Guess I'll be at it a while, by the end I think I'll wish I had a double wing cutter. LOL

  It is a Land Pride 15ft, 55 is its rated minimum but its needs 30 more to operate in heavy conditions. Thanks for watching..

  Its 15ft, the tractor is 96. I think you could get away with 70hp but would have to feather your speed.

  It is nothing but broom sedge. Take a soil sample and will need lime and the P is low too along with K if hay has been taken. It has been abused.

  Well, I don’t know if I’d say your setup was too big for that second field, but I will say that by the time you got done undercutting the overhangs you had half the field mowed lol. I may have asked before, but are these your own properties or do you cut them for income?

  Combination of income and some have cut hay off them for years I don't own them. I have started working with a real-estate investor as he contracts new properties I will mow or cut it for hay. It's a bit like a lawn care business you will always pick up new cuts as your out working.

  I am thankful for the cab! Mowing this time of the year is a mess having to blow radiators every couple hours..

  @@CircleBeeFarmsI had the chance to get a cab tractor, but foolishly didn’t because I felt I needed an extra 13 hp the open station offered (and for less money). I only made that mistake once lol. Unfortunately, it’s one I’ve got to live with for a number of years yet.

  They are a world of difference for the simple reasons. Does not wear you out. For me the real blessing is bailing hay not in all that dust. Cabs are now offered in a lot more sized tractors. @@Mark-Marine

  What series of Landpride are you pulling - a 2512? Also, what tractor are you operating; as I can’t tell from the picture? A M5-111?

  Cutter is a 3715, Tractor is a M8950DT, Its close to the 111 96hp, with 85 claimed on PTO. Thanks for watching
