She’s annoying in general. They made her backing animation look really smug, the start of her critical art really patronising & she never shuts up, it’s like she’s compelled to say something annoying for every single hit she lands. TBF that last 1 could be applied to several characters.

If you like diing snatcher cancels you're gonna run into some trouble against good eds. Max range mk, hp, 2mk, and 2hk are reactable to kill switch and punish di if they're varying charge. The charge corner loop is incredibly easy to pp, because it's meaty. You're just playing the rps of pp <- kill rush <- parry hold drive rush. Good eds are working this in maybe 20%. Almost always you want to dash for real shimmy Oki. Pulling them in with +4 is good but you can't shimmy unless you block string jab and you'll eat a lot of reversals. It's kind of scary from eds side tbh and I'd rather the real Oki off a dash. Just my 2 cents at 1600 with Ed. Great video altogether.

The biggest thing that made a difference and had me climb plat-diamond into master was learning a safe block string and making sure I only attack if I'm "safe". Block strings do damage but if blocked leave you safe either in recovery frames or distance. Safe attacks would be like Akuma's heavy punch, if done at the right distance you can poke and if blocked be safe to most moves the enemy can counter with. Another is playing defensive and letting the enemy show you their patterns and let them step into mistakes. Find out if they are jumpers, either in to attack you or neutral jumpers. If so you know the gameplan and the win is easy. 1st round play defensively, let them throw out their gimmicks and tricks, get a feel for their gameplan, then counter. They usually fall into templates of playstyle - jumpers, drive impact spammers, overly aggressive (open themselves up to DI's and easy counters), etc.

Making it explode and leaving Bison plus on block or launching the opponent on hit. Can combo into L/ EX Psycho Crusher or Level 1/ Level 3 Super in the corner. The log building analogy is the best advice I've seen on YT. I thought Master rank was unattainable because they're juggling a million things at once but as you climb through the ranks you're really only adding 3 or 4 different ideas to your repertoire. I'm Master with 8 characters so far I want to his Master with every character. It's not only doable it's fairly easy, it just takes a bit of time
