I just want to thank you for making this video! I tried to do this upgrade on my 2014 Ram 3500HD without doing my due diligence with research. I found your video and not only did you do an outstanding job of explaining what needed to be done. You also posted the exact parts and how to acquire the them. Was it expensive, yes! Ohh so worth it though!
You can actually just make RCA pigtails to go straight to any amp

The old ones definitely look better when they're off, cleaner classier and more aerodynamic. But obviously the new ones look better when lit up..

I just got a 2015 limited 1 drive I hit it by mistake drive and my wife thought I messed up the car because we been getting a random bump when I accelerate but it’s random it don’t do it all the time but the sales person told me it change speeds alot my car bc it’s a 9 speed automatic transmission, 3.6 v6

I like your step by step instructions. My project car is easier to work on than yours. I have a Chevy Chevette. I went to one of the local Pick and Pull yards last week and I got the third brake light assembly from a Chevy Sonic. This brake light assembly has only two wires. On mine, can I just splice into the brake light wire and ground it anywhere on the chassis?
I think 3'6 way faster and better
Yo thanks your video did help alot. I just finished putting back my stock steeeo bcause my new stereo turned off. I did not know how to connect that but now i know how thanks my system sounds great.
I installed tow mirrors and the side to side functions work with the up and down, the up and down funtions work with side to side buttons. How do i fix this? Initialization? One time it worked like it was suppose to, then the next time they were opposite again. Irritating

Not sure if you will see this comment since this is a 4yr old video but did your mileage ever flash on and off after installing the new radio. Because my mileage flashes now and it’s because the car doesn’t recognize the radio. Do you have a fix ?
