  1) No, unless M.2 has RAM and or SLC and 2.5" is a cheap TCL/QLC drive without RAM. Both are SATA protocol and limited to 600MB/s. 2) Yes.

  Tengo esa misma, y para que encienda tengo que hacerle presión en medio del teclado y funciona normal, pero si no hago eso a veces no enciende, intenta y no puede y se queda en ese bucle. I have the same one, and for it to turn on I have to press it in the middle of the keyboard and it works normally, but if I don't do that sometimes it doesn't turn on, it tries and can't and it stays in that loop.
