Such a thorough and fair assessment of these boots and the wearing in journey. I'm also 5 years in with owning a pair. Wearing mine has caused a bunion on side of a toe and numerous blisters along the way, you reminded me of when I also experienced the tops cutting into my ankles and found thick woolen socks helped ease that irritation, I was determined to wear these fuckers in and I'm there now! I replaced my laces with same coloured leather laces, which look schmick . Sadly their weight does fatigue the enjoyment and duration of wearing time. Like you've said they look great and deserve the perseverance.

My question is which of these shirts don’t stretch out as I wear them throughout the day. Every time I try a “premium shirt” it goes from and XL to a 2XL throughout the day and the sleeves and waist stretch pit tremendously

They put the tag on the hem when the shirt is loopwheeled as there are no side seams. Just cut it off to stop it bothering you.

Whiteville has weird fit, neck-shoulders too tight, shrink a lot. But material is great. Good for you if the fits is great on you.

Unfortunately, this shirt was sold out before I could afford it. I have been wanting one since and was very lucky recently to get one in nearly new condition from UK eBay for £265. Exceptional shirt, for me, Iron Heart set the standard for flannel shirts

I only got blisters with my first pair RW Moc Toe 1907’s. I have now 6 moc toes in my collection and one iron ranger all those 6 pairs after rmy first pair fitted great from day one. I guess my feet weren’t used to footwear like this, because I’ve always worn sneakers etc.

Nice to see reviews from a UK perspective. It would be nice to see some UK made items on your channel as they seem to be on the rise, which can only be a good thing 👍🏼

Only thing I don’t like about those new sole is the profile, the toothed look. I would have looked for something smooth edged. Like the originals. Other than that, look good.

Hey Cameron, there is a question that has been killing me for awhile. Can you give more details on your Samurai Chino pant? Curious to know what you mean by “modified” did you have your tailored? I have the exact same size, and I am the exact same height, close to weight but mines seem very loose/baggy. Would appreciate some info :)

Hey man, yeah, a few years back I used to take some pairs to a guy that Rivet & Hide recommended, he did hemming and all sorts. Think they were called Atelier or something. I had a pair of IH 666's I bought online and the Samurai's which i had bought in Japan. They both were a little bad fitting (my fault) and he basically tailored them, unstitched and restitched all sorts with a union special. Theres another place in London called Pinas & Needles who do a lot of denim stuff too

Hey Cameron. Thanks for the fun shirt video! I think you should try a large In the whjtesville regardless of the shrink would fit you much more proportionately. The body and the shoulder area look too big on you in XL and we are about the same size. Cheers mate ! Someone our size should never wear XL imo it’ll never look right

I have this and the camo version, i just love the material its so soft and wears so nice. Interesting to hear the opinions on sizing, i actually sized up yo get an oversized look in the green and true to size in the camo, i wouldn't size down myself in these and wouldn't say I'm wearing them mega baggy!

Excellent video! The Whitesville tees really are great value. My go to for hot summer days. Still no IH 1600 though? Trust me, these 11Oz monsters are the real deal when it comes to longevity and holding their shape. My Olive one has been worn and washed to hell and only looks better… :)

You did a real good shirt review bro. Literally one of the best iv seen. Amazing . I looked at ur page to see if you had more on quality clothing reviews. I didnt see alot. Please make more on outdoor/ work clothing. Boots, vests, pants ect I live in MN. The first thing im going to ask is, how does it hold up against water. I've been learning (like most) about material differences. Let us know what advantage they have. I personally want like a shirt jacket? Duck canvas maybe?, comfortable linening/cuffs. That iron heart was prety cool. Man i really liked it. Like darker colors.

The reason why the Japanese shirts like the Whitesville have the tag at the bottom is because they’re loopwheel shirts. They don’t have any side seams which is where the tags are usually sewn. I kind of like it when it’s peeking out, it’s a subtle sign you’re wearing a loopwheel shirt.

when it comes to white t shirts I stick to Uniqlo because then I don't panic if I stain them. I drink coffee all the time so my first nightmare is to spill some cofee onto some 80 euro white t shirt. I have three velva sheen t shirts but I went with size L and I think I should have sized down. Warehouse and co make great t shirts for 60 euros.
