I am here to share two of my main passions: cooking and fitness. In terms of cooking, I focus on traditional Southern and Argentine recipes. As a chef, my style is to modify traditional recipes to be healthier and more flavorful while staying true to tradition and not sacrificing taste.
Since I am passionate about two cuisines, it is interesting to see how two cultures, two languages, and two gastronomies influence my approach to cooking.
I am also fascinated by food history and nutritional anthropology, so I love researching the history behind the development of recipes. You might sprinkle two or three packages cinnamon instant oatmeal over the top before you put on the butter. I have seen this on KZread and it makes a beautiful top. It gives a cruncy topping on your cobbler. Yours looks delicious.

What if you add pectin to make Blackberry jam and then pour that into the cobbler crust?
And use the blackberry jam for the filling? You could, but it wouldn't be as juicy as a normal cobbler filling, so I don't know if it would have the same texture...but if you give it a try, let me know how it turns out 👨🍳

Congratulations on reaching 10,000 views🎉. But I think I'm gonna have to fire my nutritionist. I've been doing everything she says and every now and then the pounds creep back up. I told her it was Parnell's fault because of his delicious food. She told me not to let Parnell cook anymore. We can't have that, she has to go. I'm still going to try this recipe.

Congrats on 10K, Parnell!!! This looks delicious! I love almond extract in cookies, it is one of my favorite extracts to use for them. Lemon and lemon zest are wonderful as well. I don't have an immersion blender...
I think you could still make this--do you have a hand held electric mixer, or even a normal blender? Or if you don't have any of that, you could probably just mash it in a bowl as well. I think you could mash the apple a lot of ways. Let me know how your pie turns out! 👨🍳
Love cooking these. Sometimes, I just use tuna. Btw, use parchment paper to line your plate/baking pans ❤.

Sorry to tell you dude but your pie don't look good. First we don't put that much sugar on top and the middle of your pie crust its not cook enough it look raw or soggy ...And your pie dough doesn't look good even raw at start? Sorry but its what i see , 😊

it's very. good. with. Strawberry. cake. mix also with cream cheese on top of strawberry's then the cake mix on .top. make sure your cream cheese is sweet an with vanilla flavor in it.😊

Hello Chef, I made a summery version by using a sour cream topping that incorporates puréed strawberries This was amazing and it does not interfere with the deliciousness of the cream cheese layer. I will add the chocolate chips to the batter. Than once the cake is done cooking,and cooling.l will melt a can of chocolate frosting and pour over the finished cake 😋😋😋😋
