My view is there is two detractors for this home. The stark white cabinets and hood in the kitchen and the living room fireplace is the least attractive of all the fireplaces, the fireplace on the outside Patio is the nicest looking one.

A curious thing that I noticed about a lot of homes (including older ones) in this area is that they do not have any swimming pools. Is this because of the winters? I've been through SD in the summer, it's quite toasty.

This is one attempt for Sioux Falls city leadership and realtors to attract diversity here? Well, Sioux Falls leaders, and realtors certainly had their wish fulfilled and many diverse people are coming here. Sioux Falls violent crime has since sky rocketed to that which has doubled that from the previous year with nonviolent crime almost doing equally as well. Yet many in Sioux Falls proclaim the spike in violent crime and nonviolent crime is merely Sioux Falls undergoing the growing pains of becoming a big city. To bad those people could not explain how they feel to the victims and their families of the two people who were murdered in unrelated violent crimes here last week alone......
