Your videos are fantastic! I really enjoy them. I recently subscribe your channel. Is it possible to talk with you about your channel?
Agronomy. wow! you made fantastic !
Is soft doe the right time to graze it when you are more interested in the grain than the actual plant itself? I want to sub my pig feed, figired if i planted sorghum and let the seed set, it would be better as i dont think they can take much from the green material? Maybe sugar?
Once the grain reaches hard dough it is difficult for animals to digest it, unless it is crushed before feeding. If you want animals to consume the plant and grain without processing you need to be feeding it at soft dough or sooner. You can chop the plant and grain together like silage for good results.
@@agronomyonthego thanks
Good, using modern agricultural equipment can save energy and costs, which is extraordinary
Tractor In The Farm
I would love to come cropdust your fields. I need at least 10,000 acres this season
excellent video again, i like the bamboo shoots, they taste good, keep up the excellent videos and get your farm the way you like it🥰❤ ! And it's an honor to have you visit our channel, we can discuss more about our experiences in harvesting and building farms.
Good luck to the farmers.love from India 🎉🎉
Direct planting.
Nice, you guys do an amazing work, this early maturing hybrids beat the striga issue here in Africa, your work on hybrid sorghum is so underrated, used advanta seeds, and the boot stage started about 53-54 days from planting, currently on day 57 DAP now. Can the hybrids be planted on damp soils during the dry season here in Africa?
Out of all of the test plots I've been to, I think that one is my favorite. Having the Empyr line block the view of the road, combined with the elevator in the distance, all make it feel like a movie set.
Hope your doing well, we have not heard from you for some time, do you come to africa to?
Still doing well! A new video is going up now. It has been quite busy in the US. I should have some more videos coming in the next few weeks.

He lost my interest at hybrids. Sorghum is an ancient heirloom seed! Stop supporting all of this junk and look at the roots of crop rotation and the fertility of the soil.
Sheesh this is a pretty nice informative vid son
Indeed sheesh Braden
But you in a little secret the Colombian people are very good at growing everything it’s in their nature to do that I spent nine years over there I think I can attest to that and I do speak Spanish because of that reason..
It is a beautiful country with amazing people. Thank you for watching!!
What is Milo bringing now? I do not have a crop report that follows it
This is great Im an agronomist from Haiti ! Do you have social media !
I use to do this.
Happy new year, please, can we only apply nitrogen as fertilizer to our sorghum?
Nice farming 😍😍😍😍🌾
I have a few of these growing out in our old flower basin (and under an evergreen tree) that I was thinking was corn all this time. UNTIL I saw the little cluster of balls/seeds on top. That's when I knew it wasn't corn. Not sure how they grew randomly, unless there was some mixed in some bird seed that was scattered at one time.
Vere god
Hello from Togo i want to but some seed from you
Great video! Whats the deal with all the small circles in the field?
Good Working...
Sir Iam Agronomist From Pakistan
I wish I could still be out there on the farm. Love the video!
how to get your seed sorghum?
You’re starting to get really good with the sticks, both compositionally, and by adding more complex camera movement. It would be interesting to see how you’d do with a dual operator drone. Next time Derek and I are around, we’ll have to let you take a whirl at operating the camera on the Inspire.
Looking forward to filming the Great Plains in the next couple of months.

Nice, I'm excited to see what the fields look like in Oklahoma and Kansas with all of the unusual summer rain we've had.
good start
Does the manufacturer take the contamination information and do anything with it? Or is this just more of a fluke event?
All trial seed is repackaged into small quantities. We likely put a forage hybrid in the package used for the grain sorghum trial, since both trials were being packed at the same time. It happens once every year or two, which is why on the commercial side we have numerous safe guards to prevent it happening on a large scale.
Im a Filipino, an agriculturist and im always been dreaming of going to other places and country where there are practicing advance farming method, Nice video to share. Thnk you
