  The whole thing is ruined by some brass being flat and not a unit. Definitely the violin solo was flat and in a different key. This is terrible.

  This song fills me with patriotism and I'm proud to say I tear up a little when I hear the last mohicans. Such a beautiful masterpiece! Check out 'highland cathedral' and 'the walrus' as well! Type in bagpipes and drums, you'll find it.

  The battle is acknowledged, the one lone soldier is starting his campaign orders, the regiment is now on board, then the battalion is there, then the entire force of the Scots and citizens are involved...the best music ever! That's how I have always interpreted the music. Wonderful!

  Mia sorella nel pensionato universitario a Milano alloggiava proprio nella stanza 106........la sua compagna di stanza da 25 anni è diventata la mia compagna, mia moglie e la mamma della nostra bambina........mia sorella è ritornata in terronia e, io mi feci trasferire in Lombardia dal ministero finanze...oggi io e mia moglie siamo a Monza e lavoriamo in due non avendo problemi economici e amandoci dal primo giorno da quando ci siamo incontrati....questa canzone per me, in parte ricorda la mia giovinezza.....n.b. Con Mia sorella NON ci parliamo più......che brutta l'invidia......questa canzone per me è mitica molto più di voi........

  I listen to this music composed in America and celebrated in Scotland. It was so well orchestrated and who doesn’t like bagpipes finishing off the piece. Hats to my Scottish brothers. Great performance in a magical setting!

  This is now my favourite piece of music. I have always like and it's always been an emotional piece. It was made so much more special on my sons Royal Navy passing out as it was played for his guard retirement gun drill. It was a perfect piece for it and was played by the Royal Marine band. Bravo Zulu
