I’m very proud these parents supported their Children’s dream to marry. Sadly, many parents of children with down syndrome (cognitive disabilities too) do not let them live a normal life best as possible. It is all too rare. Supporting them through these wonderful moments in life just as any non-cognitively disabled child, shares life’s joyous moments. It gives them a deeper since of purpose in life.
