  Thanks for the honest review. I want to buy this too because of the larger screen. One question, do you think it has a danger of theft than the smaller ones that fits in the dash? This one has a quick release in the back, right? Do you always leave it connected or take it off when you’re parked somewhere?

  Well I don't think people steal vehicle radios like they used to.they been mass produced in all shapes and sizes when it comes to touch screens but if you're worried just disconnect it and hide it

  Hello, I've had my Bossbe10acp installed in my car for 3 years and now all of a sudden the screen stays on the loading screen. The backup camera works sometimes. Other times the unit is just black. I've reset the unit and that won't fix the problem. What could it be?

  Mine did the SAME thing. 20 minutes of perfection and speakers just cut off and I have been searching for days on what the problem is cause I know I did the wiring right. I didn’t know about that reset

  i was having the same issues you were talking about i had to keep turning my car on and off still didn’t turn on i just found out about the rest button and it shuts off mid way of me driving like a black screen and i didn’t know how to rest without turning my bat on and off

  Mine keeps restarting after a 1 minute, I can’t even use it. Reset button doesn’t work and Factory Reset doesn’t do anything.

  Had this almost a year. Apple CarPlay fails even if I change the charging cable. USB doesn’t really play mp4 videos. I bought this strictly for apple CarPlay but it fails more often than not. I wouldn’t recommend this.

  i am having the same problem just last week i had it installed the first day it played sound just fine the very next mourning i got in the car no sound i did the hard reset a few times still nothing so i tried removing the display and re-plugging it the sound came back on but every time i get back in the car no matter how short or long there is no sound as of yesterday it has completely stopped playing sound no matter what i do smh

  Could be a wiring problem, pull the deck and check the work, other then that it does have a warranty. But they will ask you to check wiring before starting a claim.

  I believe if you download movies/videos to USB you can plug it in and watch them. As far as driving i think you need to do the parking brake mod.

  Man bro you are a life saver. I had to recently jump start my car and the radio didn’t come back on. So I was riding around with no tunes for days. Best Buy installed it originally so I was gonna take it back to them but they were gonna charge me 65 to test it out and whatever to fix the problem. Well I said all that to say this. I didn’t know it had a reset button at the bottom and I hit the reset button and it started right up. I definitely appreciate it. Saved me some money for sure.

  So I’ve been looking at my turbo 2001 7.3 just over 200k I’ve got to deal with the leak I just did some banjo bolts and new hpop lines with crossover and so the damn turbo isn’t building more then ten lbs of boost according to the cts gauge/monitor does that sound right it is stock the turbo is thanks

  @@therealaustinbrown2712 it’s legit I got it from thoroughbred diesel I also have a chip I’m waiting to put but I also have a flasher that I have tried I put it back to stock only ran that for about a week but other then that like I said I’m going to take it for a good run this weekend thanks for the info any of you time is greatly appreciated

  Yes it is worth it, one thing about the older power stokes is with a little time and patience and proper order of build you can do the work yourself !! There is a ton of info out there, now if you don’t no one end of a wrench from another find a buddy that does. Building your own is so much more satisfying than spending 50 grand at a shop on a new diesel trying to be the strongest runner. Building at nice 400 hp , 800 torque than runs forever if your not stupid.
