    That Pup is positioned so wrong. It sounds nasal as all heck. It has clarity and would cut through, but it just makes me want to blow my nose or something. Its like duck djent... instead of chugging it quacks. If anything, it achieves the complete opposite of what I' want a good hybrid pup position to achieve, i.e. less twang and more mids and guts on the high strings, and less mud and more snappy bridge response on the low strings...

    Awesome cover! I think in the second half of the breakdown it just goes to 00 instead of the normal 02 power chord. It's sounds a dissonant and a little heavier in the recording

    youre the only one who had an issue. its a very high gain tone but metal listeners especially those of us who are musicians, it comes easier. sectioned is another band that does this

    @@grantbowers2319 cookie monster vocals will always sound more aggressive than mickey mouse vocals to me. have you heard of the band Orphan? they have 2 vocalists, one of them has a really pissed off yell style except his actually aren't anywhere near as cringe as KL. i see where you're coming from about it being pissed off, however the shrill squeaky tonality kills it for me.

You’re talking about the brothers who used to be in strangled and stole all the money from their other bandmates and abuse women both in public and in private? 🤔 I used to fuck with them when they were in strangled (I was at the final strangled show and first ever orphan show) but once I got to know the old members of strangled/new members of peelingflesh and learned the truth about them I can’t fuck with them anymore. Support peelingflesh, fuck orphan.
