The aluminum version is $129.95 and the carbon fiber version is $179.95.
Put a little dry graphite lubricant on the slider where the camera is mounted. It will eliminate the grabbiness of that critical adjustment and make the whole process much easier.
Is this more compact than the cyanbird?
The SuperSlim is more narrow, but longer than the CyanBird.
Spent 320€ on one of these and it fell apart on the bus before I even started my hike. Since then have been passed around all over Europe and Benro still will not replace the parts that fell off. Very poor Benro.

Love this tripod. But why is there not a bubble level on the included leveling half ball?
I use a "FOTGA 76 mm Diameter Add-On Offset Bubble Spirit Level Plate for DSLR Tripod Ball Head" which helps with my gimbal head that doesn't have a bubble level.

When I place my phone (iPhone 11Pro, not in a case) in the clamp so it's balanced, the clamp presses down the volume knob on my phone and turns the volume completely off making it impossible to record audio. Why did you create a product that clamps down on the volume knob on iPhones? That's careless and makes no sense. Also, why was a USB-C charging cable not included when I bought it? This was my 1st Benro product purchase, and it will be my last. Complete waste of money. Terrible

I shoot real estate primarily and looking to shoot sports again. Which tripod will allow me to place the Benro Geared Head on it for real estate, and also be able to put a fluid head on for sports and various other things? Also, for maintaining the best work flow possible, what quick release plate will allow for quickly transferring my camera onto a Zhiyun Weebil S gimbal from the Geared Head? I currently have the Falcam Ulanzi F38 quick release plates and they have been amazing. But not at all sure they will be compatible with Benro equipment. Incidentally, my camera body is a Canon R50 with the Nisi 9mm f2.8 lens. Thanks
We would recommend a Rhino III series would fit the geared head very well. For fluid heads you can use the S4 Pro - its a good start depending on how much your rig weighs. And the GH2N is a good lightweight option for a gimbal head that would fit on the same tripod. Hope this helps!

On your site it says Canon 7D Mark II is supported, yes among the cables that comes with the Polaris there isn't one to connect it to the 7D 😕

what is the diameter of the screw that tightens the top of the head?
The plate tightening knob falls off these. Mine fell off and I read a tester who's knob fell off while reviewing it. Seems a factory fault and it doesn't go back on properly. Annoying because I liked it and my b2 and g3 heads are fine, just this gx range :(

Unfortunately, the KH25PC and KH26PC head is not interchangeable.

nice one benro, now can you upsize this to fit Medium and Large format lenses, with a 95mm+ filter size? I love the geared ND knob, and the fact the filters cant fall, great for LF monorails, so the filter can't bash into the rail. one point here, we need a system for these lenses, most manufacturers of lf cameras (apart from intrepid in the UK, Cambo, and Linhof) are not making as much any more{film monorails, that is} and importantly, things like compendium shades (which are proprietary, and in sinar, arca-Swiss what holds the filters on the lens) are very rare, if at all made today, so some "agnostic" solution is needed, so we can take our gear outside, in the sun, knowing we have ND and polarisers, which can help us if and when we need them.

Looking at one of these and got some confirmation it might be right when he put that big telephoto/1D? combo on it. Shopping for something really light I can take and use with my RB67 when traveling. My current tripods are either way too big, too heavy, or too crappy. RB weighs in at about 6lbs.
Benro have built something really cool, but even themselves do not realize how cool it actually is, and what's the best way to use it :).
