Fasting should be done in secret. Jesus said that the Pharisees were hypocrites because they would change their countenance in order to appear to be Fasting but they had their reward. Matthew 6:16-18 encourages people to fast in secret rather than make a show of it. It's a secret thing that is between you and God as it is also concerning giving. He sees in secret and promise to reward you openly ❤

I truly hope she gets the help she needs. Addiction is no joke. It's ironic because her story and addiction make her relatable. Yet having all these relapses makes a good testimony for a concert, but hurts her at the same time. She seems to be stuck in a cycle of recovery and relapse. Praying for her! Unless you've gone through addiction, you can't really know.
