I update the podcast every week. On Saturday I do a fun radio show where I play music from my time at Live 105, KFOG, KFOX, and currents and more. I also talk about wine, food, music, tech, entertainment, or whatever I think is good to share. Nothing too heavy or political. I call my Saturday show "Fun Music and Great Information"

It's funny people say it sounds like a machine gun when in fact, this very gun was recorded for Hollywood machine gun sounds used in movies such as True Lies. Just a reminder to mind how much not to take for granted as real in the movies.

I agree with persistence, you really should wrap it at 4-5 hrs into the cool with tin foil. The meat will not absorb the smoke at temps >130 anyway. This will help reduce the cook time signficantly and you will not end up with a piece of meat that looks like charcoal. I love the bark, but not that dark as in your video. You really need to try this method brother.

Thanks Big Rick, that was awesome. I love the geek explanations about the tech stuff too, the probes and gauges and what not as all that is very helpful and we techdweebs love it. I ride bikes too, used to have an R80 ST, and I'm in the market for one again. Ever since Morey left KFOG, I hardly listen to it anymore and with you gone, it's pretty much over for me, sadly. But I've been listening to you since the Quake days anyway, and will follow you to KFOX. Life moves on. Onward!
