Hey all, in case anyone is here trying to figure out what is up with the pattern it is not here anymore. I have no clue why or what happened but I would go to another tutorial with a functional pattern
Just found your channel, I'm sad to see no updated in six years.
How do you get a template like that?
Thanks for the video! Very informative. Just wanted to say that I wish that when you showed the tools (bevelers, etc.) , that the tips were in focus when you showed them to the camera. Also, it's a pity that you were wearing a baseball cap as while you were hammering the tools, we couldn't see the technique at all.
Do you have a video on how to make a template based on your own wrist and forearm size?
I needed a tutorial on how to make the pattern piece lol 😂 I want to make different shapes/styles but wanted to know how you measured your forearm and extended the pattern or whatever
Cool bracer. What's with the gold bat?
I have been drawing all my life but recently took an interest in applying my illustrations to leather tooling - really helpful video for a newbie!
Not trying to ba an ass, but talk less and do more. Most of us are into the craft. Just saying.
Josh I have a question , I'm living in Brazil and I'm learning a lot from you excellent videos, tank you so much, this is my question, how do you calculate the price of a item you have made ? Greetings from Brazil 👍
You have a very smooth delivery! Very easy to follow with you thru the steps. Great job keep it up
Any advice on where to get a well rounded tool kit?
Turns out Rubbing Alcohol (91% Isopropyl Alcohol) Will easily take dye off your hands
Thanks, great video explaining when, why and how to use these products.
Couldn't keep watching after the third "obviously" appreciate a good tool tutorial though.
That's was as clear as clean water, thanks for this cool video man.
Exactly what i've been looking for thanks! Really i thought i wouldn't be this hard to find this info i'm glad i finally found your video.
A snap on the buckle side instead of rivets will make it easier to get on and off. It will get hidden by the strap going through the buckle if done right.
This may seem like a dumb question but I’m new to leather crafting. Are there any paints and/ or dyes that can make leather look like metal? Or maybe a process of treating the leather to get a metallic look? Thanks.
I have a black leather car steering wheel in my VW Golf which has areas which are a bit worn. Can you please tell me what type of leather this is, and how I can touch up the worn areas to match?
what materials are used?
I've been looking for the stencil to do my own forearm leather guard but I can't find one do you have a book of stencils I can use or buy
Great project!
ASSPONY, PENIS BREATH,DOUCBOX,NIMROD, SMEGHEAD!!!! YOU DIDN'T PUT UP THE SMEGIN TEMPLATE!!!!!
You got a direct link to the pattern? I'd buy it on Etsy or something if you got a link for that?

Pattern?
Nice video. Slightly overexposed on the wide shot. Made it somewhat uncomfortable to stay locked in on.
Soap and a pumice stone gets dye of your hands pretty well all of it if you put time into it.
You match a very high production quality with useful and valuable information . I don’t understand why you don’t have many subscribers.
YOU DIRTY SMEGHEAD!!!??! YOU DITCHED!!!!!😜😜😜🤔😔😢😭😳😲
I would use a "contact cement" NOT a "rubber cement". Just sayin...
great video man!
I have a question about tan kote. Can you use it in place of the acrylic resolene?
Hi greetings from Guam! I had a personalised custom of leather seat ii already had a color but i want some of the part of it darker is it possible I could add color dye on it using Eco flow even though it has a dye on it ready? I hope I made sense.lol
Why can’t I find the pattern?
"Leather dries dye pretty quickly".... did you catch that 17:40 mark
I’m going to be using this and then adding a piece of metal on top for a costume I’m making for a project class
I hope you did it?
i thought you said the ceramic blade don't need sharpening
After dyeing and putting carnauba creme, does the dye stains clothes? Or Bleeds?
have you found the answer to this?
@@lilsnekk not yet.
Thanks for making this video. Is Carnauba cream enough of a finisher/sealer for oil based dyed leather? I’m starting to make wallets and belts and have Smiths leather conditioner but I don’t trust it enough to use is as the only finisher. I’ve been doing this: dyeing > antiquing > sealing with Satin or Super Sheen > adding Smiths at the very end for a shine. I would rather not use Satin/Super sheen because it leaves the leather a bit sticky and not as smooth. Someone told me I should research “proteic binders” to add to the dying mix when dyeing which anchor the dye in the leather. If this actually exists, and all I have to do after dyeing is add conditioner, it would look and feel sooo smooth.
What happened to this channel?
tip to tell others when beveling, "Tilt the 'Toe' into the swivel cut line as you drag it towards you. Will help with keeping it along the lines you have cut". good job. keep it up
I am trying to make an arm pad for when I weld and I just now got to cutting out the shape of it
I think you meant "longevity"
where is a pattern for this?
Clearlac sounds like shellac to me. I wonder if that's what it is with a few extra things in the mix.
Angelus
This video started with a Clark Kent and ended with a Superman... Thanks for the video!
Informative video, shows you everything you need to know, thanks.
