  I love being invisible. I never get harassed by pervy men as I did in my youth, I feel no pressure to dress a certain way or wear make up, or have good hair. It's great.

  I like the invisibility, it makes me feel safer and less of a target than when I was younger. There always used to be a bunch older ladies always asking things like 'have you got a boyfriend' etc. now they go annoy the young women. It's liberating to be invisible!

  But older women should be long married and should not care if no one finds them attractive as long as their husbands find them attractive. Once a woman gets older, she should become a grandma figure and be happy with that.

  Says who? Why 'should' she be married? Why should only a husband, if she has one find her attractive? She is perfectly in her rights to be single if she wishes. Why does she have to be married? it's not the 'holy grail' for a lot of women. Why should she only be a grandmother? Why shouldn't she develop her god given talents and build a future for herself? She is a person in her own right and can do whatever she likes. Who are you (or anyone else) to dictate what she should do with her life? You obviously fall for what society dictates what a woman should do and rather than thinking for yourself and having your own life. Not every woman wants to marry, have kids etc, In fact some of us can't do that. What are we supposed to do then? Just die?.

  Oh god this made me laugh so much!!!! Such preconceived ideas! A woman of any age can be exactly what she wants to be and never needs a partner for validation, nor does she need men ogling her to make her feel worthy or desirable. But with age comes wisdom and I wish that for you along with enlightenment. 😂

The stories my father relayed about it fueled my dreams of becoming a pilot, moving into spitfires or the indestructible wimpy, to fly the mkvii Halifax like dad or grab my Elmer’s glue for luck and astound the axis in my mosquito!   I'm so glad it made your day Jim, thanks very much. My uncle was a b o mber pilot in WW2 and learned on a Moth and eventually flew a Wimpy too, which is why I wanted to have a go. I don't know if you're in the UK or the US, but did you know that there is a Wimpy being restored at RAF Cosford? It's had all the linen etc restored and now is just waiting for it's props.

  @@Iconiccreative I am aware of the restoration going on. I’m not up to date and am delighted by your report. I’m over in Canada northern Ontario to be exact although I grew up in Burlington pretty much in the regular circuit path of the warplane heritage home of so many at the Hamilton airport.

  Good for you, defeating the hot and fit blonde girly girl, you are very skilled and strong. I am a robust( I'm kind solid chubby)butch woman, I also have an awesome amateur boxing record against hot and fit girly girls, my record is 5 victories and 0 losses; 5 of them by knockout definitions 3 of them in the first round and 2 of them in second round. Keep the good job.

  Thanks very much. You do realise it was a choreographed fit for my grading so I 'had' to win :-). I trained for 3 years to do that fight. I used to do Viking re-enactments and used to fight with a spear and shield and then suffered a spinal injury and had to stop fighting. Then I hired a PT stuntman and he trained me back to a level where I could do this fight.

  @@Iconiccreative yea it's hard to train and to get the goals that you want achieve. It took me more than a year to get a decent level of amateur boxing and made me to win all my amateur boxing matches even though I have to confess that i was a brawler in my middle and high school years with many catfights and all my opponents didn't have fighting experience.

In high-school my girly friends Yuli, Paula, Vanessa and I were (still)athletic and fit but harmless; however, there was this classmate a very very very skinny tomboy nerd girl( who wore funny baggy long boxers for swimsuits and underwear), who knew how to kick ass and she really beat the crap out of 4 of us because she accused us to making fun of her.

  @@Iconiccreative How dangerous what you did; although, I actually like to watch hand-to-hand combat movies; and you are super tough and good what you were doing it. I could not do what you did, first I am a pacifist; Second, I am a fitness and swimsuit model (my face and body must not show any bruises) and third, after being beaten up by a skinny nerdy tomboy girl in 10th grade, I was scared to be involved in a physical fight, when a crazy girl wanted to fight me I always chickened out and ran away.

  @@gabykahen9669 one time we were filmed for a tv/film. I had to fight the best swordsman in the society. It was so tiring. In the end I left him ‘kill’ right at the beginning because I ran out of energy. I can understand about not wanting bruises. I always came home with bruises.

  I don't know why people expect the fit person is intitled to be the winner ( in this case the fit blonde girly girl in black) in any type of match. In my gym most of the crowd who were watching my amateur boxing matches were cheering for the hot, fit and usually tall girly girls who always were wearing mini spandex shorts and very very few people were cheering for me the short and chubby butch woman wearing long baggy boxers; too bad that all the time I upset the majority of the people who were watching my amateur boxing matches because i always ended up as a winner and all of my 5 boxing matches with a knockout result each of the 5 matches. So fittnes doesn't mean that you are great fighter if you don't believe ask my 5 fit opponents who were finished off by me.

  Very moving indeed. My father was one of the 55,573 members of Bomber Command commemorated on the Memorial. It is Father's Day today and this film brought tears to my eyes.

  Thanks Jeannie, glad you like it. It has just been awarded Best Documentary in the We Make Films festival. My uncle was the Jim in the film. He and his crew are 6 of the 20,000 who have no known grave and are still MIA. I've spent the last 7 years researching what happened to them
