Located in Burlington, Ontario, Canada, I am the owner and artist at Queen Bee Creations. I love taking furniture and even decor items that are a little tired and worn, upcycling and refreshing them to breathe new life into them. Ultimately... to help them be loved once again! Crafting has long been a part of my life - both as a creative outlet and as a means of adding some personal touches to my home.
I hope you find some inspiration within the channel to try something new, to play and create!

Thank you! I'm glad I found that wrapping paper in my stash... I think it set things off nicely!!
Love this one it turned out beautiful , going to make one for sure ❤️
It's your colours!!
I love how your project came out. Thanks for giving me some more ideas of what I can do with all my frames.😊
I love frames... they really are very versatile... !!
My neighbor just showed me how to do this and we used canned air and it worked wonderful
Now that you can often find the canned air in the dollar stores it's a great way to go!
PS…Enjoy your week of dump diving and try to add some R&R ❤❤
Definitely mostly a week to just kick back and relax…. With dump finds as the highlight!
Thank you so much for the shout out!! I watched the video this morning and you did a wonderful job layering the flowers. I work a lot with resin and love the multiple depths that can be created. Especially with gold leaf and other metal foils. Two thumbs up!!👍 👍
Deborah… thank you again for watching and sharing your ideas! It worked out great and I think everyone agrees it’s better this way!
🌞🌞🌞
thanks Ellen!!
I love how this tray has turned out so much more than with just the one butterfly. It has so much depth with the layered resin effect. Gorgeous!
Nice when a mistake turns out better with the fix!!
Ha ha ha or prettier!
It looks even more pretty 👍
I'll take it... whichever way you spell it!!!
Morning Cindy! What an awesome suggestion! I love how it enhanced the butterfly and camouflaged the slight discolorations!
It was a great suggestion and deserved a 're-do'!!
This does open up tons of possibilities. I use resin, it would be fun to add all sorts of things in there!
That’s what I thought too Nicole! You could use anything… just ensure the level of resin is slightly higher when done.
Cindy you’ve made a Hawaiian shirt it’s really well done l love it😮
thanks Cathy - I love it too!!
🌞🌞🌞
Thanks Ellen!

It's a cute little side table, and a quick little upcycle!
Hi Cindy! Love this flip. Full of tips that definately I will put into practice. I appreciate you sharing the tips, tricks, and knowledge you have. Patience and rub on transfers....many an oopsie has happened there 😂.
Glad that you got some tips you can use Terri!!
It turned out fabulous Cindy but I would have put the transfer flipped the other direction so when you stand it up image is upright when folded up. ❤😊❤
Marlee... never even realized it or thought about it until you said... and you're soooo right. It will now bother me forever!!
Just beautiful
thank you Robyn!
Morning Cindy! Love how this turned out! My favorite “flips” are small tables! Hope you have a great weekend!
Thanks Patti... this was too good a deal to pass up!!
New subscriber here. I want to see the real deal, not a rehearsed perfect product. My projects sure ain't perfect so I treasure real life projects. Thank you for being you.
Welcome Peggy! Sounds like you're in the right place. A viewer offered a suggested 'fix' so I figured I should show me doing that... that videos coming up next week! (because I really do read all the comments and suggestions!!)

what are the stamps?
Carla... they are Stencils from JRV... Jami ray Vintage... the Crockery Stencils
Pretty mould frame within a frame project !
Thanks Lorraine... funny you're watching that one... I have another coming up!
What a shame the Carpenters craft is in the past. No one wants to work with their hands.
It's led to the disposal society... no one fixes anything... just throws everything away! It's why I love repurposing.
Love spindles please do more.❤😊❤
Good to know Marlee... I do keep requests in mind!
Something in your studio space tells me you are struggling withsome kind of trauma that you are struggling to deal with. The clutter is the complete opposite of OCD but both are evidence of trauma. Imagine OCD in ones home also translates into trying to control everything and everyone as well. The anxiety that comes with being out of control can be unbearable. The pendulum of trauma, untidy, messy, unorganised, unclean can be an indication of feeling, out of control, lack of self love, depression, anxiety. Even though you might know exactly where everything is in the chaos its still a reflextion of your emotional well being. 🙏
Hmmm…. Thanks for the concern but you’re getting only part of the picture! What I do have is too small of a space for everything in there. The large craft table we just built has provided a lot more storage for the craft supplies I use so they are all organized and put away now, freeing up space for an area to hold classes in but…. It couldn’t solve everything. Perhaps not the best background for the videos but definitely the most convenient spot to film them from. Sorry it raised concerns but I do appreciate your caring!
I like spindles. I just don't know what to do with them a lot of the time.
Ahhh… lots of uses but it also depends on what you like to craft. Cut down into different lengths I have personally used them as… feet on trays and pots, candlesticks, Xmas ornaments, tote handle, rungs on decorative ladder, towel rack… and now finials.
