I tried to track macros using an app, but it’s hard to try to track Asian food.. it’s much easier if you have more western/european foods as Asian food items were so limited

If you are eating out or doing take out, no matter what cuisine it is hard to track because you don’t know what’s in the food. If you make it yourself you control the ingredients and you can log it correctly. You just weigh out whatever is going into the food and form it into a recipe! Yes it’s a lot of work, but accuracy is necessary in succeeding in the initial start.

Shoulder press at 30lbs is a lot! I only do 22lbs each on the shoulder right now. Chest press I can do 35🥰. Also everyone advances at a different rate! You are doing great for you!
