  Well the GOP needs a Democrat to pummel when so many GOP'ers have been found to be criminals, Now I am not excusing what she did. But you have to admit that there are mitigating circumstances and the crime was not done for personal financial profit, but the fact that her step mother inherited all of her late father's estate It makes you wonder about the step-mother's own own honesty. Why would a father cut off his daughter completely? Before making judgment either way, I would like to know what the interpersonal relationships were and what the situation was at the time the father made out his will or one was made for him.

  What Trump has allegedly done is a bit more serious than stealing one's father's ashes. He's destroyed our faith in our judicial system, and yes, NO ONE is above the law. I want a fair trial, and a timely trial. Justice delayed, is justice denied. Let him be held accountable for what he's done. Just as this lady should be held accountable for what she's done. Steal your father's ashes vs. threaten the existence of our democracy, which is worse? Which of these will be documented in history books in a century or two?

  I'm guessing this was her father's home and the stepmother kept her away from her father. Going for his ashes is a child's wish to keep a parent with her in a way.
