Looks like your rake is doing a good job! we use a V rake here on our big hayfields then we use New Holland 56 and 256 rakes on smaller boundaries. NH round baler and JD 24T for square bales

If you get the right moisture it really cleans it up nice, but get it too dry and it tears it up! What NH round baler do you have?

From the field Monroe mt is to the south. There is a reservoir right above the small pond. Cows are up on the Parker mtn and fishlake

i wonder if they are Mini Or just Herefords from the 1950s. Im sure you know but make sure you market them thru private treaty they are really not worth much at a local sale barn. Well said on having a mentor I wish everybody would follow those guidelines.

How big will the mini Herefords get? I bought a couple by "mistake" from an elderly couple years back. I am a Hereford gal thru and thru but the minis didn't work out in my operation.... the standard size Herefords are my Go to breed for sure. love em
