Surf is up Mr. Rustad, your wave is growing.
Héllo
All materials should be recycled. And once it’s been recycled, at the end of its life recycle it again again and again..... Cut down on packaging, this is purely marketing to attract people to the product in the first place. Standardize all products for example charging cables for all the different phone should be compatible. Make stuff that will last a lot longer , even if it cost more to purchase. In the long run it’s more cost-effective than replacing items every other year. Marketing has always been used to maximize profits at the expense of wastage pollution resource depletion , etc. I enjoyed the video thank you for posting.
It’s like nothing I know matters and everyone gives different info…
Yeah, above a certain temperature plants shut down to save themselves, they don't tell you that part. So 'photosynthesis' for O2 production quits too. Science is working on it.
He's senile or paid off. Google crop failures. Stupid. Billionaire bucks must be behind this.
I hope Mr Rustad will stop drugs destroying people and give the jobs for health care worker back without the registry to monitor their immunizations including the virus
Ah yes the war on drugs that cost a shit ton of money and is ineffective, an example of a great failed conservative policy. As for Nurses, why work in healthcare if you don't want to follow procedure? Playing with peoples lives is just reckless.
Seemingly impossible? It's looking more likely everyday!
guys start bottling air the lorax update is dropping before you have to start paying for your Netflix subscription to life.
YES!
Now do Christmas lights. Complete waste of energy.
Watching from Ontario, you need to elect this man BC or you’ll regret it
"There's every reason for not trusting those measurements..." Like with NASA's statistic on average global temperature. They quote it at 15 degrees C whereas the avg. temperature of the Sahara Desert (accounting for both daytime and nighttime temperature) is 13 degrees C. I ran a few back-of-the-envelope calculations myself on Earth's average temperature and it came out at -16 degrees C. If it's -16 C then that means Earth has the same average temperature as the Moon and therefore the specific chemistry of the atmosphere has no bearing on climate.
In a raster?
@@MarcosArangoTamayo Well, it's uncommonly dense, got about the education of a 9 year old British child and brain function of a medium sized rabbit. It's clueless and it's actually "unpleasant" to rail against it for its ignorance and incompetence because it would be the same as telling a cute kid who is rather "backward" that it's unusually thickwitted. Instead praise it for sticking paper stars on a sheet of paper and build its confidence. That's the more-pleasant modern way.
3 months away from the provincial election and the conservatives are asleep at the switch.... Where's your campaigning? No one's going to vote for you if you don't even make a peep
drugs are a huge crisis, one things is the ones that they knowingly take. other part of it is the drugs they are forced to take or are unknowingly take. we have vaccines, processed food with all kinds of additives. social media use and the body produces its own drug like substances that cases addiction and misinformation and trends. we even have things you put on your skin that are harmful, or coloring of body parts. all drug related.
Hopefully BC votes smart and not NDP!
Please bring BC to common sense John Rustad!!
Wow😮. The person who did the shooting was he ever held accountable? Or did they ever find this person?
Dyson happens to be an excellent author. His books cover his life, his ideas and beliefs, his friends, his mountain climbing, and science. He was a frequent contributor to The NY Times Review of Books.
I was given an estradiol patch from my doctor, but it sat in my drawer for weeks. I was too scared to take it because of all the fear-mongering. I'm on my second week of taking it with progesterone cream and I am feeling so much better. It's making me look younger, too. Thanks for this information!!
The United Nations is behind the climate change crap - note the blue "climate change" sticker above - it tell us we're all going to perish lol - sea levels are not rising or falling - the world isn't getting hotter - all the dams in Australia didn't dry up by 2010 they overflowed, the wold is greening thanks to CO2 THE ONLY SOURCE OF CARBON FOR PLANTS - when CO2 was 200ppm all cities were covered in SMOG - then Eugene Houdry invented the catalytic convert for cars turning Carbon Monoxide poison into CO2 the ONLY source of CARBON for plants to grow their structures. CO2 has doubled to 400ppm that's miniscule but quite sufficient to green the planet - the SMOG disappeared thnx to CO2....The UN is our number one enemy. Look at who sits around the table at the UN - The worlds worst criminals in control for their own enrichment.
A very thoughtful discussion! John Rustad's ideas sound like a breath of fresh air! Change is never easy, but we need to get back to some strong, ethical values and common sense! Things have been pushed into the realm of crazy for many years, and I hope the pendulum is finally going to swing back into reality!
Never mentions to be sure to wash vegetables and fruits or any on the dirty dozen list…lol… but at bare minimum, this should have been highlighted. Honestly I found a few comments reckless…clearly I am not a fan anymore and she lost credibility with me as well.
Washing produce should be a given and does not change any facts presented here.
Way too much talking with not enough “to the point” information. I was falling asleep. Bottom line I just wanted to know in less time how the title of this video could be possibly true. A lot said…but take away was little. Many people I’m sure left with their heads spinning.
Typical Russia. They even managed to mess up the invasion of a small province called Ukraine. Were most of the employees russian Estonians or indigenous Estonians.
Warming trends occur when the sunspot cycle peaks.
You are a great aunt❤
As if cow farts and fertilizer were the biggest problems on the planet 🌍, maybe opening up the conversation on this and many other issues would be a step in the right direction. Canada is so off track, it’s really time for a change in direction!
Q : IF the that farmer feeds Four people at your table Cuts his crop by one quarter Which one of you stops eating
if a government doesn't put a carbon tax on imports its just a tax on canadians and canadians are less than .5% of the global population.
Except for the new members of the solar system in monthly rotation of the sun banging into it and causing solar flats just about constantly
Just came across this for the first time. I love the way you explain things!!
Climate change is trash 🗑
We farmers in South Africa understand you completely.
Any idea why each of the past 12 months have been record warm months by a huge margin? Not the sun, not the earth's path. Anyone?
Thank you for this Canadiana content
Sir i think you have a point that is very important yo discuss here. They way my high school teacher explained how the plants grow in planet earth is that eith regards of photo synthesus, the exchange of carbon and oxygen when the keaves if the plants want 6o get food from the environment. The plants needs carbon or rarher CO2.without it nothing grows sir.
Not only is it impossible to remove all CO2, it is impossible for us to get back to the natural levels of the past 2,000 years. It's not about plants, some of which are doing better, it's about the obvious warming from the obvious primary forcing.
We need more CO2.
China has yet to say the invasion is a good thing 😂😂😂 What is her IQ
I am sorry, Carbon dioxide is still a greenhouse gas CO2 in the atmosphere is at 420 parts per million. Pre industrial level of CO2 was 280 parts per million
Many people are not ready to hear it.
It is not,it is cooling gas!
A carbon tax is just a tax it does not prevent the import of pollution from china or India via their products.
@@kmsingh8539 It's a good tax. How far we have come from the days when carbon pricing was seen as a right of centre policy. Now the right has no policy. "Climate crisis? What's that?"
@@kmsingh8539 imported goods can be taxed for carbon as well. Raising prices is extremely good at lowering demand
Great conversation! Nick is swedish, sverige är bäst!
Since you mentioned that there is no way to test for pesticides. Then why are you saying that it’s biased if you can’t measure it you can’t measure it. Therefore, it is not a bias that it wasn’t measured because you cannot measure them. This seems to make you a little biased against organics. I was sorry to hear that because I do enjoy learning things, but you have a logic error that you need to correct PS thank you explaining the difference in how they rate or measure pesticides. I will no longer worry about the dozen.
I think it's more important cleaning up the oceans .
Great Video thanks
Yes CO2 is indeed wildfire fuel as the senile Dyson correctly states. You take wildfire fuel from 300 million years ago and add it to your wildfire fuel now, increase that by 50% and heatr and dry the forests. What could possibly go wrong ?
Amazing person, would love to have him with Patrick Moore.
If not carbon dioxide is O2 worse for us honestly nothing you do will save the PLANET 😊 Saving the planet is another drama triangle
Buying organic is not just about avoiding pesticides. Organic food can be healthier. Example: Strawberries have 3X more Ellagic acid than non organic strawberries . Organic coffee had 3X the amount of of CGA. Chloregenic acid pritects against cardiovascular disease.
Yes but that’s different than a discussion about pesticide safety.
@@PhbalancedshortyThey are related though because they are assuming just about the only reason people buy organic is to avoid pesticides and this is only part of the reason. Organic is often better due to being more nutritious.
In Phoenix AZ, less evaporation off the oceans means little or no Monsoon for middle of the summer. Means hotter than normal. With modern home building impact can be hardly noticed. But reduced food production in many areas. Either hotter or cooler.
The level of scientific (il)literacy in this conversation is best summed up at 8:27. Saying that temperature not increasing in a 1:1 fashion with a 40% increase in CO2 concentration would somehow imply that the understanding of the climate system is wrong has got me straight up bamboozled. I damn near gasped out loud upon hearing that shit. The bar is truly set low
