    Hello Mark. Thanks for the info. I bought this 150 last year and I e lost the manual. So was grateful for your help. I’m still not sure about the washing drying dial. My washing is still wet. I wish I had better instructions as I’m not hoot at digital things lol. Maddy 🌹

    Is it really Distilled water system is more costly to run? Considering the cost of the AquaTru and the price of the filters? Also, some people complain that machine breaks?

  • @markshonestreviewsandhealt6953
    @markshonestreviewsandhealt695310 күн бұрын

    @@lanawhite8893 it depends on how much you pay for electric if you have a cheap supplier then it would be cheaper to run a distiller. Aque true also adds minerals back into the water. Yes, they do have faults mine leaks a lot over the past year and they can be a pain to clean. I still use it every day so for me it's the best option other than getting a under sink option which I personally think if you can is the best option.

    @@markshonestreviewsandhealt6953 Thank you for reply. So, you prefer AquaTru over Distiller? I've done research on Aquatru and people who done third part water analysis say that the machine doesn't remove the Fluoride completely. That is why I decided to buy distiller.

  • @markshonestreviewsandhealt6953

    @@lanawhite8893 yeah, in regards to convenience the aua true is better and a fraction of the time of a distiller. You have to wait a good few hours to get the distilled water which is a pain. It's also pretty loud and ugly on your counter top. Again, the aquatrue doesn't come without it faults but it's the middle ground option if you can't get an under counter unit just my opinion

    Great video thanks for posting this I'm in the UK like you and I have been on Amazaon looking at inexpensive water filter jugs,but through your test I see these filter jugs are only marginally improving the results over tap water ! Not sure how much you would have to pay to get a filter jug that makes the water as good as bottled water you buy in the shops as some tests have shown various brands of bottled water get down to 22 parts per million which is massively below the 289 score of your filter jug,but one thing is for sure I won't be buying one of these cheap water filter jugs !

    Thanks for your comment it's appreciated. Yes, this certainly isn't a super accurate way of testing this, but for me it shows enough of a variance that makes these Brita water filters seems useless. Since I did this video I haven't gone one day without using my aqua true. It's not ideal, as you do end up having to refill it often and cleaning it can be a pain, however, the quality of the water is fantastic

    That cup of coffee looked perfect! I am struggling with my machine. I have fresh beans from my local deli. However, on grind 5 my pressure never gets above 10 o’clock and my coffee is strong and bitter. It takes about 25 secs. Do you have any advice please. Thank you.

  • @markshonestreviewsandhealt6953

    Hi, is your coffee very dark and feels a little oily? If so don't use those beans go for a lighter roast they work better. If your machine has low pressure and it still tastes bitter this should fix that problem. If you do try a lighter roast and you still don't get above 10 o'clock then try 19g and keep going up until your pressure increases. Make sure when you use your damper you apply enough pressure. Let me know how you get on 😊

    How long does the controller batteries last? Also does it put any pressure on the top of the monitor screen? I have a Baesus one, the lighting is good, but the only problem is that, it has a too tight grip on my LG monitor with a very low upper bezel that even makes the color/light changed on the top portion around that area of contact, I fear a prolonged usage might damage my screen. Trust no industry. Use old school efficient and non toxic things like vinegar, lemon, water, baking soda. Nothing else is needed.

    This has got to be one of the best CO protocols, step-by-step. I have ran across yet. In the last three years, dealing with serious health issues and not one doctor out of almost 40 doctors here in the US could even tell me what was happening to me. I have literally had to become my own doctor. I’ve had to diagnose and treat myself, and I am making wonderful progress. I’ve been misdiagnosed with everything you can think of multiple sclerosis, autonomic dysfunction… When it turns out, I had some crazy vitamin deficiencies and chronic ongoing stress. We all hear about what stress does to people, but you don’t really understand it until it overthrow your health and the quality of your life. That then developed to leaky gut, low stomach acid I don’t know exactly which order I’d have to assume the stress and vitamin depletion created the low stomach acid which created leaky gut and then developed to SIBO, I may not have the order correct but that’s what happened. I was having auto immune problems and almost auto immune type reactions like my body was attacking itself. I had a laundry list of serious negative symptoms. Malabsorption which was causing me heart problems but no doctor would look into it enough to help me, I came to this on my own. I was having crazy sleep, disturbances, mood swings, depression the worst anxiety I’ve ever had in my life. They were literally literally like fear attacks. I was getting numbness and tingling in my hands and feet. I was almost getting diabetic type symptoms. I then developed a C.Diif infection in my colon on top of it and I just had a Web of a mess happening. I basically developed sensitivity and intolerance to every food besides meat and eggs. If I touched anything outside of that I would have serious consequences and ER visits became a normal part of my weekly routines and I was feeling so helpless and desperate because nobody could help me or tell me what was happening to me, and I would’ve never thought because of the symptoms. I was having that it was all G.I. related. But it absolutely turns out that it was. It took almost 3 years to finally pinpoint that this had everything to do with food and my G.I. system. I had some mild stomach issues here and there. I just thought it was normal. I definitely had crazy bloating for years. I just had never been informed or educated properly. I would definitely have some stomach pains here and there, but I didn’t think much of it it wasn’t anything out of the norm. I guess she would say . I just want to thank you for being so thorough because your protocol is very similar to the one that I created myself for me with no doctors help. Just purely based off of my own obsessive research because I refuse to let these doctors fake care for me. Not one of them have helped, and I refused to believe that I had multiple sclerosis and I refused to believe that I had autonomic dysfunction and as I dove deeper into the research, I was starting to understand things that most doctors won’t even take the time to understand because here in America they’re normally trained by a broken system, and I knew intuitively That I did not have or developed these things that they said I had. Because guess what if I’m sick they make money off of me so one functional medicine doctor I truly believe was using fear as a sales tactic and what better way than to scare someone with a degenerative disease. It’s sad but true. This is the reality we live in these doctors make money off of us being sick and misdiagnosed me with something. I have never had the time to dive with me to guide me or help me. I had to help myself. Not one doctor asked me about my diet, not one doctor asked me about my bowel movements, which bowel movements can tell us so much about our health and not one doctor was mentioning anything about vitamin and mineral deficiencies. There’s a huge epidemic of chronic diseases that are not chronic they’re actually vitamin and mineral deficiencies. my protocol looks a little different to meet my own personal needs, but it’s very similar to what you have here and it just helps. Let me know. I am definitely on the right track and I would like to state with all of that being said, I am making significant progress!
