Own 72 Dodge Demon, 1958 Dodge Coronet, and a 1950 Plymouth. This is some short videos of what I do in Bad Habit Garage. You need to do your own research because I'm not an expert on any. This is just what I'm doing. Some may fail, and some may work. You will never learn if you don't try.

Good tutorial. Thank you.
@@cosimosanfilippo9050 Thanks
This is awesome! I love seeing custom work done to these trucks. Mine is no where near as extensive as this.
Good job thank you.
Followed your videos everything worked out great thank for your time and these great videos.
Watching you rebuild it I can see something that I did wrong when I did mine. I'll probably have to go back in there and check float levels. Thanks.
. My dad had a 58 coronet 2 door sedan, flat 6 power flyte for around 6 years, I loved that car only 2331 made.
Bad Habit Garage, This is perfect! I subscribed right away!

You guys are great!! Can't wait to see the truck on track soon.
Brakes Do you have a big brake set up ?
For now, we are just going back with stock brakes. It's going to be more of a tribute race truck like the one Bobby Allison drove in the 80s. Thanks
Nice idea on widening the front fenders. How big of a front tire are you planning on running? Also how much did your custom A arms push out the wheel and tire from stock?
The tires are 255 70 15 on 10 inch rims. The upper control arms just corrected the camber issue. With the stock A arms, we could not correct it. So the lower control arm is in the same location. Thanks
@@badhabitgarage4928 good information. I have square stance 275/40 17s with 9 inch wide rims on my auto x truck. Stock uppers with van lcas. I have a big brake set up on my rig too.
Menard's for me.
Craigslist rebuilt
Fram filters are fine unless you run a high volume oil pump then I recommend a wix filter had a friend blow up a motor oil filter exploded and yes it was a fram filter
All that just to find no good 🤬
Crap... Pretty sure, an AX15 is actually made by Peugeot, which, I'm pretty sure, is in my '88 Jeep Comanche, 4X4, coupled with my 4.0L I6 ... Under $200- is a sweet deal for one of those ... 🔧 ...
aisin warner make it
I just swapped an ax15 into my 74 d100 with a 360 magnum 👍🏼
That is what he's running in his 70 Duster. 360 Magnum with an AX 15 for years.
Looks good!
Car is beautifully done sir !
Thanks
Parts. Stores rip you q new one on oils and additives. Wal mart is a lot cheaper than parts stores. Lowes rips you on several items BAD! WIRE IS HORRIBLE AT LOWES!
You change the title of your dodge racing truck suspension a lot of people don’t know about parts for these types of trucks
Should change lol
Awesomeness We Dodge guys need this !!
We agree. A lot of people don't know about this truck racing association, and Bobby Allison raced a Dodge truck. Thanks for watching.
@@badhabitgarage4928 and a smaller scale some auto x guys would enjoy this too 👍
Watching this !! Are you guys going to go in production with this kit ?
We need to because it is hard to find anything for Dodge trucks. The lowers are van lowers for 80's model van from Rockauto.com. The uppers are Jet/Mod Viper from speedwaymotors.com. After we get the front done, we will go over everything that we used. Thanks for watching
Great video. Walmart oil is about the same price. But Home Depot prices are good.
I just recently bought a wix oil filter for a popular Honda engine threads were messed up couldn't even get it to thread up on the block.
The Fram oil filter is a dead give-a-way that this guy IS full of shit. His praise/use of Harbor Freight "tools" also gives him NO credibility.
Go online do a search for "independent "oil filter reviews.Look for say 3 or how ever many you desire of them..Wix isn't in the top 5, supersizing Fram makes the cut..Heck Wix was only mentioned in one below the top 10 as a runner up for top aftermarket oil filter..Don't believe me, look it up. Bosch is always in the top 5...
Fram filters suck
if you get the Fram endurance oil filter is the same as the AMSOIL filter.
Got the right oil but you blew in on the filter.
Walmart's 30% cheaper on all this s***
Walmart is even cheaper
Walmart's price for the Castrol is $22.96
Walmart oil?
I have not checked Walmart. I don't go there that often.
Costco or Walmart for oil and you would have save much more.
Last fram filter I bought had messed up threads and wouldn't even spin on. I prefer to use walmart brand oil filters.
I try to stay out of Walmart, but the next time I have to go I'll check them out. Thanks
Go to Costco and save even more on the oil
That is what someone else said also. We don't have a Costco near us, and Sam's Club is about 40 miles away. If I pass one on my travels I'll be sure to stop in and stock up. Someone said about $15 for 5Qt jug. Thanks for the information.
@@badhabitgarage4928 its woth it they sell full synthetic for 28.00 for 2 - 5 qt jugs in Kirkland brand that has been tested as good as anything else.
Car parts store oil is way overpriced!
I agree 👍
Kirkland full synthetic oil at Costco is usually around $15 / 5qt jug.
Earthshattering info (NOT). You were obviously bored and just wanted to make a video of some sort.
Walmart has 6quart Havoline full synthetic for $26
I got 2 boxes of this for my tacoma to give a whirl....oil is oil and I change it every 5k. I like that it came in the perfect 6qts I needed too.
DON’T EVER buy sandpaper at Harbor fright! Flushing your money down the toilet …
WIX and Fram are the two worst oil filters....Fram is great if you aren't concerned with filtration...
I knew that I would get some comments on the Fram filter. I saw the videos about them. My truck has 259k miles on it, and that is the filter I always used on it.
Did you just say WIX is a bad filter? 😅 yu may wanna look again
Wow, you just showed your ignorance on calling WIX a bad filter brand.
@@damnyankeerebelprepper1324You just showed your ignorance saying I'm showing my ignorance in my beliefs...You use what you want to use and I'll use what I use.. You know what they say about opinions.....

Can you rebuild a carb for me?
Ok
Great content
Thank you. We will keep doing updates as we go. Thanks again for watching.
Haven't done it in many many years but I was taught to melt leas into molding in good section then dollie it along to push out dents
I haven't thought of that. I've melted lead before to make weights for racing, so I'll have to try that when I start on the trim for my 58. Thanks for the tip.
Bro u do good work keep it up
skipped the most important step on a old holley!!and if you don't know I ain't telling which one!!!
shut up!
You've got to be kidding me. Bending the secondary rod is how you adjust the secondary blade angle.
Yes. You are correct. He wasted his time, and our time! It's a shame that youTube is flooded with people who want everyone to watch them fix their brakes or whatever, so they can make money. It's shameful and pathetic!
