IVAN VASYLCHUK. SILA PARTERA

IVAN VASYLCHUK. SILA PARTERA

If you think that just simple effort during practice helps you being the best - you're mistaken. "NO DETAIL IS TOO LITTLE WHEN YOU'RE CHASING SUCCESS". You can train night and day, but if your psychology is weak training won't help. I often discuss " WINNER'S PSYCHOLOGY" in my videos, I teach how to change and develop bravery. Because of that you get stronger not only in sport but in BUSINESS, WORK, STUDY.
Also my channel features a lot of dietary videos. How to get rid of harmful foods, balance food consumption and by doing so increase:
PHYSICAL STRENGTH
ENDURANCE
BRAIN CAPACITY
RECUPERATING
without using prohibited substances.
Greetings, I am Ivan Vasilchuk - Sila Partera. Why Sambo Academy?
I am world and world combat games champion. 31 years were dedicated to training. 95% of my victories come via submission wins in PARTER.

So _kani basami_ is illegal in Judo and BJJ, but legal in Sambo, right? But what's your opinion? Are the BJJ guys overcautious, or is that throw really too dangerous and should also be banned in Sambo?

Ok watched the whole video and read some comments. So first me see in which style we using the double leg freestyle wrestling, jiu jitsu or mma based on this we must adjust our double leg in freestyle we mostly drop down but in mma it wouldn't be nessesary cause you standing up in mma. But anyway what matter's the most is speed for an double leg that why it is hard to pull it off against a good guy also you could get easier countered if you mess up your Double leg. the single leg is the saver variant but to the same time it has tons of more options to finish that's why it also is more difficult to learn. So if yiu natural giftet with high speed and explosion learn the double when not take your time to learn different single legs
