It's incomprehensible that, when fluoridation began in the early 1900's, there was no effort to determine fluoride's brain effects. Then they said that there's no evidence showing fluoride is neurotoxic. Now we have hundreds of studies supporting many human studies showing fluoride is linked to ADHD, Alzheimer's Disease, Lower IQ, thyroid dysfunction and more. Now they say there isn't enough research showing harm or they claim the concentration of fluoride in water is not linked to harm when, they know themselves, that it's total fluoride intake from all sources that causes harm. Our children are fluoride overdosed and dentist deficient. Instead of mandating dentists treat low income kids (80% don't), dentists are outsourcing dental care to MD's, schools, McDonald's and more who will give kids even more fluoride. The US Surgeon General is protecting fluoride just as organized dentistry (both inside and out of govt) and the corporations that support dentistry and media outlets do FluorideDangers.Blogspot.com

I really liked the presentation. I've learned so much about dentistry and Australian culture. Australians also face racism. Dental diseases are still a problem 50 years later. I'm studying to become a dental technician in 4 months. Wish me luck.

Hello HSDM! My name is Raven, I have recently entered the 7th grade. I've had the though of joining the Dental Industry for awhile now. I am so excited that I found out Harvard had a dental school. I actually thought for awhile they only had a Law program! This will probably be my 1st college option when I'm older. I really hope I stick with my Dental dream because it just sounds like a really fun career that I can enjoy!

This is more than I can handle...I am in over my head. I need some help with answers and understanding. I don't need advice. Someone knows. Seems those who do won't say. Take a minute...try to answer one question. Try to find out anything. Even just a picture of it. I think you will realize that something is wrong. You will realize why I need help. I can't be the only one. They put this on my teeth...6 yrs later something safe came out. Ribbond is safe. It's banded and doesn't come apart. The uhmwpe polymer weave it replaced breaks, comes apart, and fails. What is the uhmwpe polymer weave that fails? Who made it? What happens when it fails? This uhmwpe polymer weave is a self healing material. All self healing materials reverse. Can you understand what that means? Do you know why the work a polymer does is called a physical phenomenon? Can you imagine a dense plastic weave coming apart in your mouth? This is above and beyond... please help. Please help bring some knowledge and understanding to what they have done to me. A lot of dentists wrote about Ribbond vs uhmwpe. They have known for a long time. Dr Howard Strassler wrote about it. I called and talked to him...he would not discuss it. It's just 2 materials. Hello HSDM! I’m 12 years old and for as long as I can remember, my dream has been to go to Harvard. I’ve always loved dentistry, and when I found out that Harvard had a dental school, I got very happy! If I could get into HSDM when I’m older, I would be the happiest person on Earth.
