What is the difference between critical control point and critical control limit
Point is the location / place in the process that you can control. Limit is the minimum and maximum safe value. For example the critical control limit for chiller is 0c to 4c, etc
Strawberry is a conmcern because hard to prevent pesticide hidfing at eyes hard to clean perfectly maybe take the outer layer out of the process before use
Can alcohol use replace freeon for safe referigeratiom?
Is freeon carry negative effect not detected in frozen and refigeration food ?
