    What is the difference between critical control point and critical control limit

    Point is the location / place in the process that you can control. Limit is the minimum and maximum safe value. For example the critical control limit for chiller is 0c to 4c, etc

    Anyone can be allergic to anything. In addition, there are hundreds of chemicals used not only in food but toothpaste, detergents, shampoos etc. that can cause an allergic reaction. The FDA might as well list anything as a possible allergen.
