My sibling was given a loan at uni of about 250000 she got ecde job being given abt 13000 out of which helb is 6000 monthly payment. Total loan was 800000. I personally went to helb after she had paid for several years and found she had a loan of 600000 to clear. Last month I was in a hospital and was told nhif will soon be for operations only meaning surgery.The rest tujipange. So that is the situation.so many things are happening. The voice of the ppe is the only way. God is a God of justice. Nothing happens without the knowledge of God.
