Hello Clean crystal inside of REF electrode steps: Attention: Never open the left screw cover or it will damage the elelctrode core. 1, open the right cover screw, 2, Empty the liquid in electrode. 3,Add distilled water from right side. 4, shake the elelctrode for few times to mix the distilled water with crystal. 5, empty the electrode water. 6. Repeat step 3-4-5, until the crystal clean totally. 7. Add REF refill solution.REF electrode has special refill solution. 8. Install the right cover screw back.

And you also can use the warm water like 50℃ around it, but do not flood the electrode cap with water.
