  You need to have a hearth and 10k yens to become an hybrid. You can't buy hearth with yens, you just find them randomly in the map.

  For me he have downside that he cant climb ladder which is hell for me because box that on high building especially sniper that it won't move and only shoot you or ally AI telescope. You still can kill those box but it gonna be hard and use patient. especially sniper.
