I was a close friend of Kayla's father years back and Kayla would come over. Filled with sunshine and joy. RIP Beautiful Kayla...This has torn at my heart since it happened.

Rest in Peace, Kayla Chesser. What a terrible tragedy. I hope the man who murdered you gets the jailhouse justice he deserves once he gets to state prison. This tragedy never should have happened. I was told the guy was a parolee who had been previously convicted of rape. If that's the case, I blame your murder on a broken criminal justice system.
