Yeah, I can feel the hate already. I had eyelid lifting surgery, still healing but looks awesome. My family sucked all my energy out of me since my mom died, then my cat died, I was crying for months non stop, I’m 47, I looked so tired and exhausted and decided for surgery. As said, I can feel the hate and envy already from everywhere 😢 Thank you lady, great reading, as always ❤❤❤

Affirmations work for me. And deep breathing anytime I feel nervous doing something new. Know that in everything that didn’t kill you it, made you stronger. So don’t dwell on making mistakes because nothing bad last forever. Acceptance is just allowing things to be what they are and continuing on with your life. Sometimes we out grow people, places or things. Over analyzing everything is the reason why we get stuck in our heads. We feel there is something better we could’ve did to mend a situation for a better outcome when in reality the situation has run its course in our life and we must master letting go. That experience was still a blessing. Use the wisdom you’ve gained as your lantern in moments you feel in the dark. You are never stuck, you just have to have the courage to start again.
