  I’m myself using this app to prep my half marathon. The best thing to happen to me is that their program helped me lower my heart rate from low 60s to now high 40s (saw 47 this afternoon on my Garmin and 50 with my chest strap) and it means I’m getting in shape.

Here in the UK it works out £15.99 per month currently, and you can get it cheaper if you subscribe for the year. So at the monthly cost that’s about £4.00 a week, but I do understand that price has to be a factor when choosing an app that’s right for you and I guess a lot of people turn to these apps because it gives them a plan and some structure 🥰 My plan is to use runna right the way until my race, and then see how I feel 🥰 whether I want a break and then come back to it, or switch it up and try something new! But i’m looking forward to the next 4 months with runna! 🥰 Have the best day! 🥰✨☀️

The app wants me to be able to run 10km at the end of my 8 week "get fit" plan and I am super excited to see if I can make it!!
