  His hair is gonna continue to grow slow because he keep getting a retwist not giving his hair time to develop new growth you have to wolf it out a few months than do a retwist and when you get the retwist only twist the root my I started in oct I got my first retwist this month my whole head is locked it was locked my 2nd month. Peep game he has no budding at all it’s basically like he’s restarting every trine which mess the process up I would start a channel but I’m not into all that

  If I’m working out a lot twice a month. If your hair smells after working out you got a bad diet or something. Your hair shouldn’t be smelling bad if u don’t wash for a couple days

  I don’t know if i’m weird for this but I wet mine with water mostly once a day, I like the moisture, and I lock it in with oils. I’ve never heard anybody else say something like this. I can’t go even just a few days without at least rinsing them.

  How do you guys workout and only wash your locs once a month? I feel like I’m washing mine way too often but my scalp doesn’t like it if I don’t. I workout 2/3 times a week, after each session I rinse them with water and wash on the weekends. This week I’ve washed it every other day though and my scalp is reallyyy happy but my locs probably aren’t. I’ve got a lottt of unlocked hair at my roots and I feel like washing is the problem (I’m going to try a new retwist method too to see if that helps). How do you guys manage it?
