  I just realised it's not a new track. It was a B side years ago. It's just been released as a single for the first time.. I was confused when I saw it'd been posted 7 years ago 😅

  Yep, it snuck out as B side of the cassette format of my rather silly mashup with Roy Wood in the nineties "I Wish It Could Be A Wombling Merry Christmas Every Day'. Before that it had been stranded when I moved on from Wombles to do my solo album, Schizophonia, Tarot Suite, etc.

  Fab My best of wobbles album was so over played, there were scratches on all my favourite songs and the cardboard sleeve was falling apart. I had to wait years to hear proper unscratched versions of the songs 😂

  @@mikebatt9905 You should get the other one taken down.. the (C) form to the side would do it within a couple of hours. It's outdated to say it's rare - and also the posting had tape drop outs in the transfer they did - whereas this is perfect!

  ...Mike added a lot to the progressive music of the seventies, peppering his albums with classical endeavours as well as African sounds and instruments... this album was a milestone, and for me so was 'Waves' - a great composer with a genius hand for arrangements... 🌈
